Just had the best customer service I’ve received at a food or retail establishment in a long time. There were 3 people working and all of them were friendly, helpful, and an all had a smile on their faces. Pleasantly surprised trying Firehouse Subs. It was clean, staff was super friendly, food came out quick and was really good. Only downfall of this place is that there is limited seating.

First time here. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and you could tell he knew the menu well. The two gentlemen who made our food were friendly. When you're in a smaller restaurant, I don't really want to hear the employees conversations - this wasn't an issue, everyone was respectful!
