“Similar in style to Culver's, hamburger patties are more crispy and slightly closer to a smash burger.They use shoestring fries, it's nice to have something different from every other place every once in a while.Their fry sauce is a major plus for me, though. It goes with everything.The cheese curds aren't firm like Culver's. They are soft with a lighter breading typically. Sometimes, if they are cooked longer, they become crispy. I've experienced both, and the cheese curds are good both ways!I have heard people say they actually prefer their chicken over places like Chick-fil-A and Popeyes. It is very good, I remain neutral on that debate, though!The dessert is good. Their shakes and mixers are nice. Culver's is better in this category, in my opinion.All orders are made to order, and it's always fresh. Staff are friendly. The inside is typically clean. There is handicap parking, I can't recall if the doors have a button to automatically open, though. I don't think they do if I had to guess.Parking: Plenty of parking. If Freddys' dedicated parking ever does reach capacity, I have never witnessed this happen, The Costco parking lot is maybe 3 meters away.“
“I chose to dine in, but the did was still served in a takeout container. I wish I had a bowl or plate to eat off of.Also, please add eggs to the menu. I put a scrambled or fried egg in every stir fry I make and would love to be able add that as an option.Finally, the kiosk ordering is really nice, but all the options for each step should be on one screen. “Man, I just love me some juicy Chick-fil-A chicken. You go to the restaurant and all the people are super awesome and nice, and you order your chicken sandwich and it's always just perfect. The only thing that would make it even better would be if Chick-fil-A sold Christmas sweaters, you know like with one of them cows on it ? nevertheless 10/10 I'll be back“
“Had the #9 giant mikes way. Ordered it with banana peppers, pickles, extra mayo, and relish. The sandwich crafters at this location are artists. I deviated from my usual hot sub under the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed by the delivery of this sandwich. Great foodGreat service“
“First time here. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and you could tell he knew the menu well. The two gentlemen who made our food were friendly. When you're in a smaller restaurant, I don't really want to hear the employees conversations - this wasn't an issue, everyone was respectful! The GF roll was great, the white bread roll was amazing, even the kids grilled cheese was tasty. Both my kiddos said the pickle was the cherry on top! A great first experience, thank you!“
“We went to Portillos on Sunday, April 14th, around 1ish. I loved that there was a gal outside to take our order! It was so much better than someone on the microphone. She was very sweet. The gal at the window was very nice and updated us 2 times since our fries took long (not even long, it was about 3 minutes). The food was absolutely amazing! I got a bacon cheeseburger it was a bug bugger! The meat was done just right! It was juicy and fresh! The frys were fresh and just the right amount of crisp. They were amazing! Oh, course, the cheese sauce was ?. My boyfriend got a hot beef he said the meat was really good and fresh. He said it was cooked perfect and had amazing flavor. We will definitely make the hour drive and get this on a weekend! Also, side note the chocolate cake shake was amazing! I rather come here than any big "nice" sit down restaurants!“

“I swear, this Arby's (Maple Grove) has the BEST customer service! I hadn't been to Arby's in years and the gentleman at the drive-through window was so nice. I went through it again today, with the same gentleman working the window, and he was just so wonderful. Great service, food was fresh, I will definitely be back.“
“The food was good and seemed fresh. Small amount of sauces all on one spot all on the bottom side, same side as cheese. The top was dry and made for a very dry burger... most of the way through. Ordering was quick and delivered pretty quickly. Ice cream was great.“

“This was our 1st time at five guys. This place was very neat and clean, the staff were very kind and polite. The manager even came to speak with me. The food was omg incredible. Their shake was delicious, we felt in love with the bacon cheese hot dog. And we also enjoy the BLT and the grilled cheese with the 2 extra patties. Before we left we check the bathroom and was very clean smelled like fabuloso..so fresh I loved this place and will return for sure“
“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. “Oh my goodness! What an amazing place to eat, this place accommodates so nicely to people that have food allergies. My buddy has a hard time going out to eat anywhere and I'm so thankful that we now have a GREAT place to go to. Their marinated tuna is hands down the best, they have great portions, so you definitely get bang for your buck! If you are in Eau Claire or surrounding area and love healthy food, do yourself a favor and GO❣“
