The food was delicious and the customer service was wonderful.
Okay reasons I put 4 stars, The cashier name is Fin and my sister order spicy chicken sandwiches and he put chicken sandwiches and the person bring foods and he very nice and he swap an sandwich and he great service! But not Fin as cashier. Order time 8:50pm

Chick-fil-A is a well-known restaurant that specializes in delicious chicken dishes. The ordering process is convenient, especially with the user-friendly app available for Mobile Thru. The interior design may be simple, but the restrooms are consistently clean. The staff is praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, both at the counter and in the drive-thru. Many customers appreciate the efficient service, with some noting that the employees are very friendly and professional. One standout experience involved a young lady working in the drive-thru on a hot day, who provided exceptional customer service despite the heat, making the visit memorable. The drive-thru lane for mobile orders is a great time-saver, especially during busy hours when the regular line can be long. Customers enjoy the food offerings, including favorites like the Breakfast Burrito, Breakfast Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tortilla soup, and Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. The chicken sandwich remains a popular menu item, and the staff always greets customers with a smile. The restaurant is a popular spot for families, with the play area being a favorite among children. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are accommodating to the needs of kids. The management team, led by Billy and Angel, is commended for their strong leadership and professional teamwork, fostering a friendly environment for both staff and customers.
