“Over the past three months, I've placed two catering orders with this Chick-fil-A location, both delivered at 6:30 a.m. for events in Edina. I was honestly surprised that other Chick-fil-A locations weren't willing to deliver a $300 catering order that early, but the Plymouth team stepped up without hesitation.

Because of their outstanding service, they've earned my loyalty for all of our future catering needs.

Both orders arrived on time (including this morning's), the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent as always. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, which gave me one less thing to worry about while hosting an event.

And, of course, the food tastes like it was made by Jesus himself 😉—always fresh, delicious, and a crowd favorite!

He makes the wait time (because they serve hot food, unlike their neighbors) enjoyable! I have been multiple times to this location and he has taken this chain customer service next level!!“

“I want to give a shoutout to the three girls working the night shift at Arby's. They were doing an excellent job, especially considering how much pressure they seemed to be under.

One girl with curly hair was taking care of the lobby, and it looked very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, a group of guys came in and quickly made a mess of the area, but she immediately got back to work cleaning it again. She was clearly doing her best and working hard to keep everything looking nice despite the constant challenges.

The two girls working the front counter were also doing a great job. They stayed professional, friendly, and kept things moving even though they appeared to be very busy.

I honestly hope all three of them got home safely after their shift because it looked like they were going to have to clean everything all over again before leaving. They deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication.

Arby's management, please consider scheduling more staff for the night shift. These employees were working incredibly hard, but they seemed stretched thin. They handled the situation well, but some additional help would make a big difference for both the staff and customer.“

Let me star with the food and service were AWESOME, except for some cold nacho cheese on the fiesta potatoe but everything else was good portions tight wrapped burritos and supper hot and fresh. I was bummed at first because the app didn't work for my order it was 12:45am and they closed at 1am. I told the employee about it when I ordered and supposedly it won't work that close to close because you you may not get there in time. Makes sense I guess but it would be nice for the app to let you know that ahead of time instead of the frustrating generic message of something isn't at the store or whatever.“

“Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.
