I'm old enough to remember TB being a respectable fast food eatery. Some of the old menu items were even crave-worthy--the Rancho Steak Burrito of the 1990s being the high point in my opinion. Nowadays the taco meat is a little strange in texture/taste/color, they no longer have shredded chicken, the apple empanada is gone, and their overall quality is declined over the years. I know labor is tight, and finding good help is extremely hard.The other day the drive through was blocked and shut down. So we went inside. Ordered on the kiosk....and preceeded to get shorted two tacos and my chili cheese burritos were over seasoned and not enough cheese.The remodel is nice.Miss the management from a few years ago. ?
