Panera Bread Reviews
food is generally good, but this time the bread bowl was extra tough and a bit stale. This was my first time at this particular store and was a bit underwhelmed by the service... however, everybody has a bad day now and then!
Compared to other locations in the metro such as the St. Louis Park location this one definitely had a much smaller selection of baked goods.
The woman who took my order came off a bit cold and annoyed.
The restaurant as a whole was very nice and clean. I'd come again, it may just have been the time of day I went.
One of the better stores I have eating at. Friendly staff and the food was up quickly. Would rice soup here is wonderful.

Panera Bread is a busy restaurant that handles a large volume of orders, even when short-staffed. Despite the chaos, the staff work hard to get orders out quickly, and the manager is polite and accommodating, offering refunds to customers who cannot wait. The food is delicious, and the staff is helpful. However, some areas of the restaurant could use improvement, such as the bathrooms, which need cleaning and attention. The restaurant shares parking with Chase Bank and can be difficult to find, especially at night when lights are off. The dining area can sometimes be messy, with dishes piled up and food crumbs on tables, leading some customers to sit outside where it is cleaner. Service is generally reasonable, and food is served promptly, but the environment can be noisy with loud singing and music, making it hard to focus if visitors want to eat and work. Be prepared for a wait, but it is often worth it for a satisfying meal.
