My son & I visited the Plymouth shop tonight.... our first time to a Potbelly. We both ordered the BLTA, to-go. When I asked if they use crispy bacon, the young man said YES. Luckily I double checked before biting into my sandwich....
I just finished COOKING the bacon from both sandwiches.... as it was practically RAW.
If he had simply been honest and stated they serve it "lightly warmed though" I could've selected a different sandwich.
We will not be returning.
