Got lunch for our plumbers today. Very good and easy online ordering process.
Stopped in for grub after a doozy of a day and their staff member Jacob was asking me about my day, assembling my order and checking in with team members the whole way. Food was great and prepared super quick. Best chipotle experience so far and hats to off to Jacob for giving great customer service.
Came around the noon rush, and even though there was a line at the door, the team behind the grill kept the line moving super fast. Not understaffed at all! Great team!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a top-notch establishment with exceptional staff. While there was a slight mishap with a burrito order, the overall experience remains fantastic. The cleanliness of the facility, portion sizes, and taste of the food are all impressive. The employees are friendly and efficient, providing fast service, especially outside of peak times. Today, a visit at 2pm took about 5 minutes, and signing up for the app earned free guacamole, making the experience even easier. However, there was a slight issue with poor leadership from a manager regarding portion sizes, displaying gaslighting behavior towards the staff. Despite this, the delicious food and great service make Chipotle a must-visit for those craving Mexican cuisine. Customers appreciate seeing the food being made in front of them, and many have commented on the burrito being so full it's about to break. While some have had mixed experiences, like with chewy steak in a steak bowl, the positive feedback highlights the outstanding service, exemplified by Jake, who went above and beyond to remedy an order issue. Chipotle is also kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, though there are some concerns about the door's auto-opening feature.
