Placed my order for a sandwich and cookie at 11:40. Confirmation email said the order to be delivered by 12:10. The order arrived just before 12:30. The driver told me they only had 2 delivery staff and they were overwhelmed. I was also disappointed by the increased price of the sandwich. I ordered an original plus a cookie and it was almost $16. We had a delivery for sandwiches, wraps and chips for 40 guests, and the quality and service were both excellent from this location!!! I placed the order in person 5 days before my event. The employee who took my order was very easy to work with, and he made great recommendations! They called me the morning of the delivery to verify if we wanted mayo on the sandwiches or on the side to make sure we didn’t have anyone allergic. I ordered right before close and they came very fast, as always, were very kind. This is the best Jimmy John’s I have ever ordered from, not just tonight but always. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
