This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. They gave me a sandwich that had bread that felt like it was made out of cement. And the wrapping they sold it to me in was ripped open. Good to know which locations have high and low IQ's, this one scores a low IQ.

Placed my order for a sandwich and cookie at 11:40. Confirmation email said the order to be delivered by 12:10. The order arrived just before 12:30. The driver told me they only had 2 delivery staff and they were overwhelmed. I was also disappointed by the increased price of the sandwich. I ordered an original plus a cookie and it was almost $16. They automatically include a $3.00 delivery fee plus tip, there goes $20. It is likely I will not be ordering from Jimmy John's in the future.

We had a delivery for sandwiches, wraps and chips for 40 guests, and the quality and service were both excellent from this location!!! I placed the order in person 5 days before my event. The employee who took my order was very easy to work with, and he made great recommendations! They called me the morning of the delivery to verify if we wanted mayo on the sandwiches or on the side to make sure we didn’t have anyone allergic. The delivery driver was on time and very friendly! He even let us keep the reusable Jimmy John’s bag! We got a lot of positive feedback on the food served by Jimmy John’s. I would definitely highly recommend and order from this location again!

I was craving some JJ’s. I walked in and seemed like I was an inconvenience. I placed my order/ paid and watched a kid wearing a tank top make our sandwich’s. I could see his armpit hair as he reached over all the food all I could think about is his curly pit hair falling in EVERYONEs food. Not one of the employees seemed to care. I’m at chipotle across the street. Everyone is dressed appropriately. I’ll be returning my sandwich’s tomorrow and that will be the last time.

The same guy who took our orders and reconfirmed it still managed to mess both orders up. When asked to correct it, he willingly remade my fiancé (a man) another sandwich but refused to remake mine (a woman) and argued with me.Dietary restrictions: I had dietary restrictions and was refused another sandwich
