I had ordered online a couple pizzas tonight. When I got there, the lady at the counter said it'll be another 25 minutes. I didn't mind because it's nice outside. A few customers were so rude (I was disappointed by their lack of understanding) but the lady did her best to help. The tall older guy was the nicest worker though because he answered everybody's questions, and was so patient! The pizzas were fantastic!
I had a bit of an issue with a delivery where I wasn't available when the driver arrived. When I went to the store to pick up my order instead, the clerk gave me a full refund before I could even ask AND I ended up getting a second pizza! I really appreciate the proactive customer service, and that the employees were so understanding of my mistake. And of course, great pizza as always!

I haven't had Papa John's in years... I won a free pizza from T-Mobile today so I decided to give it another go! When I picked up my pizza the store staff was awesome and the manager(?) made me laugh(huge bonus points in my book). When I got home, my two teens and my 6 year old dug in and it was a delicious pizza! Papa John's, you've won me back! Thank you!
