As far as pizza chains go this is my favorite. Quality and taste have been consistently good since I first tried them in 1999. But the prices, well, they suck everywhere now. We never do delivery for that reason.

My daughter requested we order a Wisconsin 6 Cheese and so i put in the order. I added the cheese sticks as she loved them the last time. I also added 4 extra garlic sauce.After we received the order, the total number of garlic sauce packets was 4, when it should have been 5 (as one should have come with the pizza) and to add on top of it, one of those packets popped in the box! The pizza was not even cut. Also, i received a plain cheese pizza not Wisconsin 6 cheese as was expected and considered a Specialty Pizza. Also, the cheese sticks didnt even taste close to how it tasted previously. if this were my first experience with Papa Johns, it would have been my last.

Terrible order on 9/9/2023. Only half my pizza was cooked. It did not come with everything it was supposed to. This spot is really hit-and-miss. I recommend going to a better shop like El Mars. Both of these pictures came from the same pizza. Really terrible

Ordered a pizza after a Twins Win. The Twins had won the day before against the Yankees. The app would not let me get the discount. It would not apply it to my order. $20.00 for a pizza that was supposed to be 50% off. When I picked up the pizza, the employee told me "we don't have control over the internet orders". The pizza was excellent, the employee was polite & professional. Will not order pizzas from here again. I usually order 5,6 pizzas each Vikings game during football season when friends come over to watch the game. Thats about $500.00 a month including tip. Shame. I like the pizzas.

The menu had so many interesting flavor combinations. I was excited to try something new, and it did not disappoint.
Pizza said 48-58 minutes per the Papa John’s app. Showed up with door dash over an hour and a half later COLD! When we called took awhile for someone to answer. First person said it would be 15-20 minutes to get a replacement and put us on hold. Then another person (a manager btw) picked up and said they already refunded us and pretty much too bad. We could buy a new one and wait yet another 45 minutes. Cold pizza, with RAW DOUGH and yet another bad experience trying to get pizza from a place we used to love. :(

Been here two or three times. Everytime the pizza was good, we used an online deal to save money, it was ready on time, and the employees were nice.
