“Although I had a good breakfast, I was hoping for a GREAT breakfast. It took way too long to get to me. Person said that it was because they had a huge order ahead of me...???...I saw no one ahead of me. The dinning area was practically empty....maybe for take out, I don't know..so I have to play second fiddle to someone else's order. My potatoes and eggs were cold. I requested salsa, I recieved something that looked like yesterdays left over salsa, it even had one tiny shred of cheddar cheese, yes, one! For breakfast and for salsa on your food, the salsa can be heated up....for better salsa, you can add more jalapeños, this was pretty much old diced tomatoes....you can see my pictures here for reference. The bacon was good.....“
“I've visited here a few times now since it is very convenient to my fulltime job and the Life Cafe near my home has shortened their hours so I can't get there. Very friendly and helpful employees and good selection of food and supplement products.“
“Panera was super busy when I stopped in today! They were short staffed and full of orders! I unfortunately, due to my work, could not stay and wait for my order so my money was refunded.I commend the staff for working so hard today to get all the orders out in a timely manner. I believe they said they had over 60 orders they were working on! I would've waited if I'd have had more time!! I will be back another time to get the sandwich I was craving today! LolTo, I think his name was Jeff (?), the manager (?) you were so polite in letting people know that you were short staffed and that if they couldn't or didn't want to wait that you would gladly refund their money. I commend you! Your staff was wonderful too! Like I said, I will come back for my sandwich when I have more time?.“
“I went to Cream and Amber for the first time this weekend and I was impressed the reviews did not oversell the experience.A friend recommended I check out this cute reading café, so I gave it a shot. What I found was a lovely space with an even more welcoming staff. It was clear the people running the show are the same people who could want to spend their time there. It is a cozy space with appropriately lively energy - many familiar greetings and warm conversations to provide a comfortable background for reading. ♥“
“If your looking for home style cooking that actually tastes great like grandma's this is the spot! does get a little busy, but they ta because it's great food and a great atmosphere. Love this place! Great little unknown family diner.“
“My husband and I finally checked out this neighborhood spot for dinner and loved it! We had a the Cajun cheesesteak, mushroom Swiss burger with watermelon mojito lemonade. Tasty baked fries and yummy dipping sauces. We took a piece of cheesecake to go and wow! It was top tier! Obviously some secret family recipe made with love and well-honed craft. 10-10.We're excited to come back and try the bowls and other cheesesteaks.“
“Cool place, good vibes, okay service. Living in the North Loop I have the luxury of having amazing cafes to benchmark them against. Food was great, don’t get me wrong. But prices are extremely high compared to higher caliber food in the North Loop. $5.75 for just a croissant? $15 for a croissant with prosciutto and cheese? You can get the best ham and cheese croissant in the city at Bellecor in the north loop for $6 and the best breakfast sandwich in the state for $15 there as well. Don’t want to distract from how great our food was here, but won’t be back given the value. We spent over $50 for a breakfast sandwich, slice of banana bread, a prosciutto croissant, an Americano and a chai tea latte… that’s a lot. Saw a couple come in, look at the menu and then turn around and walk a block down to Turtle Bread instead.“
“I love 318! I come here at least 2 times a week and it's always perfect. The best place to relax and enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The servers are all incredible and friendly and making sure you feel welcomed & are enjoying your meal. The food is yummy and always freshly made.“
“Lauren from the bar took great care of us, she did an awesome job ??. Food was wonderful. We got the oatmeal, greek yogurt granola bowl, and quiche. The matcha latte and chia latte were also delicious. Highly Recommend. We'll be back ?“
“We took my sons family to the Creekside Cafe for a Fathers Day Brunch. The food offerings were varied and were of appropriate value for the amounts paid. All offerings were well presented and we Most importantly were delicious. Our group had three children under 5 and the servers were attentive and made us feel we were at grandmas house. Lastly, the environment was very comfortable with a low noise level. Overall, this was a nice place for that weekend brunch whether you are a couple or a large family group.“
