“What a delightful find this was. It's been years since I visited Anoka and yesterday was my day. First shopping and then lunch at Truffles and Tortes. Great ambiance: the Hot Country Ham Sandwich was delicious and just the right size portion; and the Mocha Rumba, the perfect dessert to end with.“

“My husband and I are in Deephaven for two weeks watching our grands and our son told us we needed to go out to breakfast at Beanhaven. He said “it’s like a little hometown cafe” so today after getting the grands off to school we did. Wow, such a cute place, delicious food and coffee and a delightful server. I had the sausage mushroom quiche with Jim’s potatoes, my husband had eggs, bacon, Jim’s potatoes and toast. Omg every thing was amazing. We will definitely be back when we’re here from Iowa 😋😋😋“

“I was greeted with smiles and did not wait more than 30 seconds in the store to be helped to take my order! It was a very tropical hot Minnesota weather day, so the trip to Caribou and the cure for my hunger was refreshing and sufficient! The only suggestion I have for payment options, and I am not sure if this is a GooglePay issue or Caribou, but I had a gift card and was trying to order through the app and the gift card was not an option to even be able to choose as a payment. Not a deal breaker, just walked to the store and ordered in person. I just suggest maybe having an option to pay with gift card in app? Other than this, that is my novel of a review for Caribou! “We ordered pork belly, sticky rice, glazed wings, hmong sausage, Khao poob, and papaya salad. it was soo much food and very reasonably priced. Most importantly it was DELICIOUS 😋!! The pork belly was so crispy and juicy- honestly the best I've had. The papaya salad was freshly made and so refreshing and spicy - like I watched her make it while we were waiting. That glaze on the wings was just *chefs kiss* Everything we ordered was sooo good! And the customer service was on point too 👌 We will definitely be back to try more.“

“It has been a while since coming here under the new Ownership. I am glad I chose to reinvestgate. I ordered the Sothern fried steak, which came with hash browns and toast with coffee and water. The steak and gravy was one of the best I have ever had. The hash browns were good yet could have been browned a little more. The coffee was rich and did the job. Our Server was prompt and tentative. Great attitude. The price was an expected value, especially with the Senior discount. I am already planning a return trip to try some of their South American cuisine. I recommend giving this quiet place a try.“

“We went back to the Lakeside Cafe and had another FANTASTIC Dinner. Claudia our server was again so nice and has a great attitude, as she does everything to please you. My wife had the Fish and Chips Dinner which was Alaskan cod dipped in batter made their own honey blonde ale, and is golden fried on the outside. The Fish is served with some homemade tarter sauce, which is Soooo Good, coleslaw, and french fries. The meal also comes with fresh made soup or salad , and a homemade Dinner roll. The Fish is Huge with a crispy crust and is so moist inside. Very Tasty ! I had the the Meat Loaf Dinner which I had with mashed and a baked potato with gravy, and succotash vegetables. I also enjoyed a crispy salad and a homemade Dinner roll. The Meatloaf is so tasty as it is freshly made with Onions, Bell peppers and other tasty ingredients. Every time we go to the Lakeside Cafe we are so pleased with the Service, and Taste of the Food. You have to go and check it out. This place Rocks !“
