Good thing the cafe is spacious cause it was full of friends together, students and folks working on computers and moms and dads with kids! Don't even mind the workout with this treat to follow! Breakfast, lunch, salads, smoothies and bowls . . Healthy choices! Next time I had the LT Southwest bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, romaine, etc. but forgot to take photo!“
“Im not usually someone who makes reviews on any company because it makes a difference any individual time or day. However I couldn't make myself not write a comment on a sweet girl who has helped me the last few times. Carribu has its ups and downs as far as service is concernered, but Emily at Lyndale and west 66th has been so extremely sweet and helpful. They we're slammed this morning and somehow Emily was calm and charismatic as far as my order was concerned. She handled me and all the other customers early this morning with an extremely nice and helpful attitude as well as got my sometimes difficult order down to the letter. -David from Uptown Minneapolis.“
“This is a very overdue review, but it is for their wedding catering service. L&B catered dinner and cake for about 100 of our friends and family, and we heard so much good feedback on the food! The best part of the day though was the server we hired to work the event. She went above and beyond to make sure the meal was a success. She even stayed late to help clean up! Five stars just for her! My only criticism is that they kind of advertise at your event. For example, they put out their napkins which said "Lunds & Byerlys" rather than using our napkins embossed for the occasion.“
“Ouch! Not the best Panera experience... First of all the place is hard to find in the daylight as it blends in with the rest of a massive strip mall. (Although I imagine it's quite easy to find at night.) Service was ok ... Although my food is no longer warm because the pager never went off. The only reason I have the food is because I went in search of what was taking so long to ... ... ... toast a bagel.This is atypical for Panera. ?All this being said I am CERTAIN that if I went up to the manager - who I can see actively working his butt off keeping the place clean - he would not only let me keep my current food he would remake the entire thing for free in an instant. THAT'S how good Panera is - THAT'S how I know today is a fluke. (And who knows maybe the battery was just dead in the pager.)As part of my job I travel the United States. I make it a point to find the nearest Panera to my hotel and bookmark it. I really can't say enough good things about Panera.Parking: Copious and freeKid-friendliness: Lots of seating in typical Panera configuration: different styles different sizes and elegantly compartmentalized such that a business meeting could occur in one section and a children's lunch with friends adjacent.Panera is always a good place to bring kids.“
“Rebecca's is our favorite bakery in Minneapolis. The owner and his wife are friendly and welcoming and their cream puffs, fruit tarts, cakes, turn overs and scones are delicious. They're not overly sweet so you don't feel sick after you eat them. We also buy his coffee he imports the organic beans from Ethiopia and roasts them in house. We LOVE Rebecca's and are so glad they are our neighbors!“
“First time going and I received the wrong sandwich. I asked twice what it was but I couldn’t remember everything in the sandwich I actually ordered so it’s on me for not getting the correct one. All in all, food was good and so was the coffee. Fast service, good food, and friendly faces made the experience worth going back again!“
“Truly one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities. I feel so lucky to have this in my neighborhood! Good coffee & tea with creative specials (I'm 99% sure they make syrups etc in house), great sandwiches, small but very solid beers on tap ...plus books! and friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Tiny lot in the back off the ally but frankly the free street parking is even more convenient. I order all of my books through them and I really enjoyed a book club I did there last spring & I've been meaning to do more. Also this is where I stop for a lil treat - currently the amaretto mocha, but they seem to always have at least one seasonal special I'm into.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly“
“It's a pretty cool cafe. It was very clean with a nice ambience. Great place to catch up with friends or do some work. The furniture was cool too, especially the chairs. My wife loved the coffee and the pastries we tried (lemon bars, brookie bites) were great too.It's among a bunch of offices and hotels but it's definitely worth the visit.“
“What an amazing restaurant the food was absolutely delicious. I got the combination Guanaca and it was well balanced and delicious. The fried plantain really added an extra layer of texture and depth to an amazing meal. Our server was very professional and friendly and really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Hopefully if we are in the area again this is a must stop. I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family.“
“Ordered DD delivery from the Edina location, and wow! The food was so good. I was pulled in by the Avocado BLT with sourdough bread. I added fried onions, pepper Jack cheese, house sauce, and chose fries as my side. I also got a pickle spear. The sandwich was huge and delightfully messy thanks to the avocado, tomato, and mayo, so have plenty of napkins at the ready! The thick and crispy corncob-smoked bacon was so good I wished I'd ordered extra. The fries were a perfect portion, crispy outside and pillowy inside. Oh, and the house sauce, maybe a mayo + sriracha blend, was great for dipping fries and sandwich corners. I was too full to eat my Buffalo salad with blue cheese dressing, and chicken tenders until the next day. I ordered it tossed with heavy dressing and it was perfect. Accompanied by a nice piece of baguette, the seasoning had the smack of Buffalo sauce tamed by the blue cheese and enhanced by the crispy chicken and celery slices. Every bite was yummy. I understand this place also caters and supplies corporate events and I can give it my full support for its appetizing, delicious sandwiches and salads!“
