“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“

“One of the most delightful experiences of my recent memories! The proprietor was an absolute GEM! So very nice and knowledgeable. On her recommendation I went with the traditional Persian walnut baklava which is not as sweet and it was exquisite! Our coffee was hot and on point. We will definitely be back to try more of the homemade pastries! The atmosphere is very quaint and reminiscent of a beautiful post card!“

“I’ve been here half a dozen times (parking is kinda difficult lately due to all the construction). I’ve brought friends here. I’ve had the best time, best coffee, and best almond croissants. Sitting outside - front or back - is always a treat. Now that my bicycle is fixed, I can come more often. Love this place!“

It is confusing initially as it does lie inside the urgent care building. Just go inside the main entrance, take the elevator to the first floor, and it’ll be right there by the exit towards the lake.“

“Baguettes are among my favorites Kouign Aman was something comparable to a honey bun with a way to hard candy shell. Living in Normandy I will say “kouign aman is a labor of love. It can be great or not good, no in between!! Being here I was really missing it. I’ve tried many here in MN and one place has totally blown my mind but the hours are so up and down. Please take your time on a masterpiece patisserie such as the kouign aman!!!!“

The employees are truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and are very helpful. I appreciate each and every one of them. “Ok. So this was a drive thru, so it's hard to put a lot of weight on ambience. But service was fast and my latte was delicious. I probably shouldn't give voice to how much I despise Starbuck's in a review about Caribou. But I have family in MN, and freely admit to conflating happy memories about my Brother and Sister in Law with great experiences at Caribou. The coffee is great, too.“

“I stop in here often as it's convenient for me when I'm at Southdale. This location is rarely busy and the staff has always been kind and efficient. I wanna give a shout-out to the associate working - alone, like usual - yesterday, April 4, 2026, at about 10:30AM. She has been the only employee I've seen working there my last few visits and she is a peach! I wish I knew her name. I will ask next time I'm in. She always writes 'Smile' on my cup. :) She's terrific and she is always working alone. She does an amazing job! This Starbucks is located inside of Macy's and has small seating areas both indoors and outdoors for customers. The free covered parking ramp for the mall is right outside the doors on the south side of Macy's. I'll be back. I always am.“
