This has to be the slowest Starbucks of ALLLL time. Their drive through is painstakingly slow with zero sense of urgency. Every time I go, the wait is AT LEAST 10 mins. They have got to get some kind of system down.
I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up no one bothered to acknowledge me in any way. So, I ended up standing by the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for my order, only to find out it was just sitting on the counter. Someone had also dripped a smoothie on my can of water, which I only noticed after leaving.

I'm leaving a five star review because the service has been fast every time I've been here, even during busy times. Food at Starbucks is okay, but it's expensive, which is why I gave the food two stars. When choosing a Starbucks, I typically go to the one at this location because even during rush hour, service is fast if you order inside. You can also order your food or drinks ahead of time with the Starbucks app, and the employees get your stuff ready before you come.
