It’s a 4 degree Fahrenheit day in Minnesota and there is no better way to spend the morning than visiting a coffee shop. I stumbled upon Up Cafe. What a treat! I *might* have to update this review when I go back and order my "Go To" drink...since I ventured out and got one of their signature menu items. I JUST discovered this coffee shop, when a friend told me it was in the area. It's tucked back and a hidden gem. I ordered an iced (yes I still get iced when I have to wear my gloves to hold my coffee) Lumberjack: vanilla, brown sugar, maple. It gave a nuttier flavor but was really good. Friends know to get us gift cards for this spot because it's our favorite place for coffee beans. They'll roast it for you and they'll even ask what type of coffee maker you have (French press, pour over, etc).
