“This store has improved much in the last year(s). Customer service still very slow sometimes. Forgot my card once and took 20+min to get a temp card. 25+ year Sam's club member. Used to have business account, which Sam's no longer offers. Big negative. Still have CostCo business account. Like tire dept. Have bought tires at Sam's for many vehicles, for many years. Tire dept is my primary reason for keeping a membership.“
“Great service and super friendly staff. Older woman was a superb help. They had a coffee machine emergency (water flowing everywhere from a machine) while I was there, and she handled it expertly and calmly. She also handled the waiting customers expertly. Big kudos to her.The green blended Matcha (with bubbles and shot of espresso) was delicious and made very quickly. The turkey Asiago bagel was also good. A+“
“Every time we go here the employees are always wiping something down. I love that they are combatting the bacteria and viruses all the time!! Way to go guys!! The fireplace area is really nice for quiet eating. They have other places for conversations. Overall very cozy, clean, and yummy. “I went to Cream and Amber for the first time this weekend and I was impressed the reviews did not oversell the experience.A friend recommended I check out this cute reading café, so I gave it a shot. What I found was a lovely space with an even more welcoming staff. “Today was my first time at this bakery. I stopped by at 7:15am to pick up breakfast for my staff. The 2 young ladies were welcoming and informative, the selection looked amazing and within 10 minutes everything was gone without a single complaint. All of my staff raved about how excellent everything was and where to get it. Nice job Red Bench, these people are hard to please. This is now my go to place for nice pastries.“
“Wanted something different after a week of traditional Christmas food. Stumbled on this place and couldn't be more thrilled we did. Owners are beyond friendly, provided some samples as we waited since we walked in and ordered. Great conversation while they cooked. Husband and wife were a joy to watch them cook in the kitchen. “Oh my gosh! Absolute best food I have had since I arrived 3 days ago. Very very cute coffee house. I had a chai Tea.. amazing. We each had something yummy and different to eat for breakfast. I had the jalapeño breakfast biscuit! So delicious - bacon has such a good flavor! My daughter had the Avocado breakfast sandwich and she said it was so fresh, the spicy mayo brought the taste all together! My hubby had the breakfast plate complete with raspberry jelly and my other daughter had a sausage breakfast sandwich. The sausage was so full of flavor and good! If I travel to Minnesota again- I will definitely stop and would 100% recommend!“
“Tried it for the first time today. The Cathy sandwich was delicious and I am not a cold sandwich person. The Superman ice cream is very good. I usually can only do a couple of bites and I am done, but I keep eating this one. Can't wait to try the banana bread tomorrow. Yum all around!“
