My daughter and I came in on Thursday for our weekly Sam's club stop. They were out of what we came for but the manager Philip went above and beyond to make my kiddos day. The lady at the service counter was awesome too, I unfortunately don't remember her name though.
I have zero issues with this location or Sam's in general. As a matter a fact, at numerous locations I have run into very helpful employees and managers. This location is closest to me so they get the bulk of my business. It's a whse club folks - no frills (especially during covid - ahh I long for the days when you'd see entire families having their lunch, feasting on free samples). This store has improved much in the last year(s). Customer service still very slow sometimes. Forgot my card once and took 20+min to get a temp card. 25+ year Sam's club member. Used to have business account, which Sam's no longer offers. Big negative. Still have CostCo business account. Like tire dept. Have bought tires at Sam's for many vehicles, for many years. Tire dept is my primary reason for keeping a membership.
