“So I was at the McDonald's in Robbinsdale, I order Zacks food. I pull up to the pay window, the young lady at the window (her name is Asianay) gives me my total. She hands me my card back. Leans in close to the car and says, can I ask you did you have cancer or you just shave your hair off. I told her I have cancer now. She then says to me you are going to be just fine. We chatted for another minute and I pull you the next window and get my food. I drove off and started to cry. Why? Because it was nice to have a stranger (young one at that) ask me that and not look away quick when I look at them. To have her say the kind things she said to me was so nice and refreshing. Thank you Asianay thank you for having such a kind and beautiful soul ❣️“

“I haven't eaten at a Subway since I retired back in 2020. Used to go to the one in the Baker Center. The experience at this Robbinsdale location was great. Incredibly friendly service, very patient with customers who have intillectual and physical challenges. I was impressed by that.

I ordered what I always used to -- a tuna sub on nine-grain wheat, with extra tomatoes, pickles and nothing else. The tomatoes were really good. Super fresh. Unfortunately, I forgot that I used to include fresh spinach too. But I be back there very soon and this time I'll remember the spinach. Again, the service was incredible.“

“We have been ordering from here for roughly 10 years on and off. We have always been content and satisfied with the pizza, the delivery and the service. Yesterday, our order was wrong. I called and talked to someone (sorry! I forgot your name but you were awesome sir) who did not hesitate to make the mistake right. We were able to get our original order of 3 pizza's and their new dipping pizza sticks within the hour. Thank you Papa John's for holding up your standards of excellence. BTW, my 7 year old is your biggest fan, he is why I ordered from you :-)“
