“I've been looking forward to my first visit here and I wasn't disappointed. The overall beauty and Italian/European vibe this place, has me in love. The ice cream is also beautiful and delicious. I had (if I remember correctly): Blood Orange Gelato, Strawberry Lemonade Gelato and Asian Lemon Sherbet. The customer service is fast and friendly. This is now my go to place for a cool treat.“

“The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“I got a free cookie on my birthday. I just have the app and showed that I downloaded. It didn’t even need to show my drivers license and then I bought an extra cookie for a friend I was with. The employee was helpful, friendly and I got my order within minutes. Very easy purchase“

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.“

“Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.
I will be coming here regularly because DQ is the greatest and also the workers are nice. Yay!!!!!“

“Cold Stone Ice Cream is not only the best ice cream but every time I go there, the wonderful server helps us with our order. She is patient, especially with small children, and always smiling. Yesterday, my grandchildren asked for water. She must have heard them because, all of a sudden, with a long line of customers, cups of water appeared. Thank you!“
