“It was truly great to witness a business giving back to such a wonderful cause. We participated in Miracle Treat Day at this Dairy Queen location and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rosemary. She was the local Miracle Child representing the Children's Miracle Network. Meeting her made the event incredibly special and showed how much this location cares about the community.“

“I ordered a cake ahead of time at the St. Anthony, Minnesota, Creamery. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that there was only one person in attendance with several people waiting ahead of me. This is not about waiting. This is about watching this one man handle all these customers and their specific orders with grace and professionalism, with care and concern. When it was my turn, I told him how I had enjoyed watching him work and asked, was he working alone. He mentioned that although there was a prospect of another person in the offing, yes, he was working alone. When I asked could I please refer praise to his supervisor, he asked that I write a Google review, and thus I am doing so. In an age where we are losing manners and turning even waiting on persons over to AI, we need people with humanity and concern for others in our midst. Thank you for a good experience, and the cake was wonderful.“

“Conny's Creamy Cone is definitely worth the stop! It was very busy when we visited, so expect a bit of a wait—but that's usually a good sign. The menu has a huge selection of ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and treats, so there's something for everyone. If you're patient during the rush, you'll be rewarded with some really tasty ice cream. Highly recommend!“

“My favorite place for a sandwich! Their menu slowly rotates which I really appreciate. They mainly have sandwiches, and also a couple of salads that are super yummy, too. Generous portions. I haven’t had a sandwich from here that I didn’t like! Their storefront is quaint with only a couple of bar seats for dining in, so best to take out. They also have a great selection of local beverages.“

“All the ice cream things you would expect from a place shaped like an old dairy queen but add DELICIOUS MEXICAN FOOD and AMAZING espresso drinks. Tasty burgers, chicken strips and fries. Then tamales, in a few varieties including oaxaca! Icecream cakes, flurries, churros, tacos, espresso, friendly fast service. Great for kids!

“We are frequent customers of Nelson’s storefront in St Paul (Highland Park) and we decided to have them cater dessert at our wedding. It was a big hit with our guests! We had two scoopers who kept the line for ice cream moving quickly. While we wanted to include waffle cones after we signed our contract and paid for them after the fact, they did not make it to the venue. Our contact Abby made it right and refunded that portion as well as some extra for the inconvenience. We will be back when they open back up in the summer!“

“The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“My wife and I have gone here twice in two weeks and plan to be regular customers. This place needs to be busier on these hot days. You're missing out if you aren't grabbing ice cream here. The menu can be intimidating, but the staff are super helpful and the ice cream is great.“
“Nice to have in the neighborhood. I believe all ice cream is Bridgeman’s, so you’re limited to the flavors that they make that are carried by Parkview - I’m not sure if they rotate much, if at all. Waffle cones were just average in taste and leaked everywhere, despite our best efforts. Some flavors looked much fresher than others, but we were fine with what we got!“

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “We go here waaaaaay more often than I care to admit and I have to say, every single time is a joy. Not just because the food is amazing (and consistent) but because the staff are truly kind and attentive! There is always someone walking around, wiping down tables. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that? I mean, it’s just par for the course with this place. Phenomenal staff, great food, and our family always leaves happy.“
