We are frequent customers of Nelson’s storefront in St Paul (Highland Park) and we decided to have them cater dessert at our wedding. It was a big hit with our guests! We had two scoopers who kept the line for ice cream moving quickly. While we wanted to include waffle cones after we signed our contract and paid for them after the fact, they did not make it to the venue. Great ice cream! But please get bigger cups. Portion sizes are HUGE and they pile all the ice cream in a dinky little cup. Very messy when it melts all over the place. A great experience quickly turns into a frustrating experience, especially on a hot summer day.
I can’t imagine anybody not liking this place. I can’t believe they’ve only got 86% to the Good. It should be 100%. What’s the matter with you people
