“Love this place. A true East Side gem. We have tried the Burgers, Shawarma wrap and bowls totally addicting. Chicken tenders are a hit and don't forget the Gyros they are awesome. Ice cream better than the DQ. Try to visit there one a week. The owners are lovely, very friendly.“

“This place saved me! I had a event on Tuesday for National Night Out. I was planning on brining churros for the event so I ordered with another company that canceled on me at 10am that day. I could not find anyone to accomidate such a short notice and needing 6 dozen churros! I walked in talked with the Owner over the phone and her worker and thankfully they were able to help! I placed my order at 4:40pm and walked out by 5:05, and made it to my event early enough to help set up!

The churros were a hit and everyone loved them! The team I was helping is thinking of having them cater next time they have a community event.

“We are frequent customers of Nelson’s storefront in St Paul (Highland Park) and we decided to have them cater dessert at our wedding. It was a big hit with our guests! We had two scoopers who kept the line for ice cream moving quickly. While we wanted to include waffle cones after we signed our contract and paid for them after the fact, they did not make it to the venue. Our contact Abby made it right and refunded that portion as well as some extra for the inconvenience. We will be back when they open back up in the summer!“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“

“I debated leaving this review, but I think others might feel the same. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t want to tank the overall rating but honestly, that doesn't reflect my personal experience or that of my friends.

Charging $5 for a single cookie just feels... off. Even accounting for overhead, the actual cost to make one cookie is way* less than $5. That kind of markup feels excessive- especially right now, when so many of us are being nickel-and-dimed from every direction.

I was genuinely excited to have a cookie shop nearby to satisfy those “I just want one good chocolate chip cookie” cravings. But at $5 each, the cookie would need to be exceptional. Instead, it tasted more like something factory-made than homemade, and my friends and I even wondered if they’re baked in-house at all.
Disappointing, to say the least. A more reasonable price could turn this place into a local gem. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.“
