I stumbled on this AWESOME place after I got a flat tire. I looked over and there it was.... ICE CREAM & it makes everything better! This place is Top Notch! super clean, inviting, best ice cream & the Folks who run it are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I'll be back often!!
I had a wonderful experience at 2 Scoops Ice Cream Eatery in St. Paul! The service was friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I tried the vanilla ice cream with warm shortbread and a caramel drizzle, and it was the perfect combination.
