“My dad and I are celiac and have to eat gluten free so we weren’t going to be able to eat the DQ cake because of the crunch. I went in and the woman working said she could switch out the crunch for M&Ms. Not only was she able to make the cake the same day (6 hours notice) there was no additional fee for “gluten free”. I so appreciate the extra accommodations they make for their clients.“

“Great soft serve! The workers we interacted with were very friendly. A little more outside seating (a couple benches?) would be nice. One family was there and they took up all the picnic table seating.
Parking: There is a small free lot, but it was nearly full. I don't know if it's a shared lot with another business, because there definitely weren't that many customers at Conny's.
Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream! Very kid friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: You order outside the building at a window and there are no stairs from the parking lot, so pretty easy maneuvering for a wheelchair.“

“We ran over to this very old establishment for a late night summer treat. We all had different flavors of yummy ice creams. Mint truffle, salted caramel, toasted coconut and s'mores can all be recommended. Sorry I didn't get pictures. The outdoor area is quiet and congenial. Although slightly expensive the taste was phenomenal.“

“My kids love this place but they are kids and love ice cream. Low bar. I can’t eat dairy and they have 3 options that I would happily eat and one that I go out of my way to get: Oat Milk Oreo.
Their selection of dairy options isn’t huge but certainly intriguing. My wife can eat dairy and although she doesn’t usually branch out from favorites, here she tries many things and is always happy with her selection.“

“Walked in off the street in hopes of finding a dairy free option other than sorbet. The young adults behind the counter told me they had 2 options and I chose the cookies and "cream". Let me tell you I am not disappointed at all in the least bit! Also the young lady informed me of your sister store nellys where you have even more options for dairy free options. I will definitely be checking y'all out and returning to Nelson's as well. As someone who is only recently in the last 6 months become lactose intolerant I have had an irritating time looking for ice cream shop style ice that was dairy free outside of sorbet. So thank you for having the options available that you do and actually makes me feel like im eating real ice cream again.“

“Let me just say this man's cooking will take him so FARRRR!! I've been here quite a few times for lunch which is always amazing, but tried breakfast today and it was exceptional!! The customer service is so great and relatable and you can tell they really care about the quality of the food they put out. My only wish for them is that their space was bigger, and that there was a little more organization(always having to run to grab things, do prep etc.) but overall it is a place I will come back to over and over and over again until I have tried everything! Great job Rico! ?“

“The ice cream and atmosphere are stellar. However compared to Two Scoops the allergen menu is much more limited. Two Scoops always has two dairy free options in the coolers to pick from (and these rotate depending on the day) and other options as tubs to take home, and Cullens had limited options in a separate freezer in their own tubs. So if you're dairy-free and wanting ice cream, I think Two Scoops has a definite edge over Cullens.
Dietary restrictions: Fewer dairy free desserts than competitor Two Scoops
Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun options for the kids“

“Needed something sweet after having dinner out, and looking on line, my daughter found Dream Creamery. I loved the place! Reminds me of a small place my parent's used to take me when I was a little girl in Chicago. GREAT hand made ice cream, good burgers and fries, sitting outside enjoying the lovely weather-you made all those memories come flooding back!

“Icy Cup is always great. We live in Highland and wish we had a place like this in our ‘hood. Check out the farmers market on their lot. So many good, local offerings.
And the owners are fantastic! They truly care about the local community.“

“It's a good-old-fasioned DQ with outdoor seating only. They do a nice job of hiring and training their young staff to be friendly and attentive. I stop by at least a couple times a month during their long season (March-October at least) and always look forward to a good experience. Nice co-customers, too!
Parking: Parking is like, RIGHT there.

“This review is specifically for the Dubai ice cream sandwich, which my wife and I were fortunate to try one of the twenty-four made for a limited release.
This is one of the tastiest ice cream treats I've ever had. The layers of chocolate, chocolate ice cream, pistachios, and phylo were a crunchy and creamy masterpiece. At $15 it was quite large and easily enough treat for two people. I would say it is at least as good as getting two single-split cones at Milkjam.
The only downsides were:
1) there was no way to hold it without covering your hands in melting chocolate and ice cream.
2) it is simply too big for one person to eat.
But if you halve the size and add a stick to hold it by, I would be stocking my freezer with these every time I walk by Milkjam. Please make these again! Even with no adjustments, this messy and indulgent treat is easily worth it.“

“The caramel salted crack was amazing they make everything in house including the saltines covered and chocolate and caramel that were mixed into the delectable ice cream. I also tried the Pandan a unique flavor that is plant-based green and color and delicious and taste. I got 4 different flavors but want to go back to try them all! “Latinix-owned ice cream shop located inside a market, which made it a little harder to find when we we're driving by. They primarily speak Spanish but I'm sure you can get by fairly well if you don't speak Spanish between signage in an English and Spanish and the customer service. The employee was helpful in finding up gluten-free options. We each had a cup (taza) of ice cream (helado). It was delicious.“

“Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.I will be coming here regularly because DQ is the greatest and also the workers are nice. Yay!!!!!“

“Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!“

“The staff are SO NICE. The donuts are beyond delicious. The downside? Because Starbucks are lame and annoying and the Hitlers of coffee they won’t let any nearby businesses have espresso machines so this location can’t serve espresso based drinks. They have tons of other delicious drinks but sometimes I need 6 shots in the morning to keep me alive in this society.“
