This is not about waiting. This is about watching this one man handle all these customers and their specific orders with grace and professionalism, with care and concern. When it was my turn, I told him how I had enjoyed watching him work and asked, was he working alone. He mentioned that although there was a prospect of another person in the offing, yes, he was working alone. When I asked could I please refer praise to his supervisor, he asked that I write a Google review, and thus I am doing so. In an age where we are losing manners and turning even waiting on persons over to AI, we need people with humanity and concern for others in our midst. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that?
