“I come to this Dairy Queen just about every Saturday, and I have always enjoyed coming here. The food is usually fresh, and most of the employees are very friendly and pleasant.
Arianna is always so nice when we come in. She greets us with a smile and is always willing to suggest something new for us to try. Thanks to her, I tried the new apple cheesecake, and I have to say, it is now one of my favorites! My husband and I stopped in on Friday this week because we had a wedding to attend the next day. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. She was very rude and had quite an attitude with us. She slammed our drinks down on the counter, and when I asked politely for a spoon, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Thankfully, another employee was kind enough to get one for me.
After that, once our order was finished, she went over to a gentleman and began canoodling with him right there in the restaurant. I found this to be very inappropriate and unprofessional while she was supposed to be working. I did mention what happened to Arianna, and as usual, she was very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and treated me with the same respect and kindness she always does. I have had many good experiences at this Dairy Queen, and I do not want one unpleasant interaction to overshadow that. The majority of the employees are wonderful, and the food is always fresh. I have even had an issue with cold fries before, and Arianna made sure they were replaced fresh and even gave me a free upgrade. I would still recommend this Dairy Queen to others. Hopefully, the employee I had the issue with was simply having a bad day, because I have always enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work to all the employees who make this a nice place to stop for a treat!“

“The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“This place saved me! I had a event on Tuesday for National Night Out. I was planning on brining churros for the event so I ordered with another company that canceled on me at 10am that day. I could not find anyone to accomidate such a short notice and needing 6 dozen churros! I walked in talked with the Owner over the phone and her worker and thankfully they were able to help! I placed my order at 4:40pm and walked out by 5:05, and made it to my event early enough to help set up!
The churros were a hit and everyone loved them! The team I was helping is thinking of having them cater next time they have a community event.

“Finally took my son here and we live walking distance, of course on the hottest day, business was very slow and it was after 4pm, the ice cream was very delicious, but i don’t think I’d stay to eat there , inside was swarming with flies. I even got bit by one.“

“My husband and I stopped in Saturday night, pretty close to closing, and I honestly wasn’t planning on writing a review, but I felt like I had to say something about our experience.
We got a little turned around trying to find the place, so I think the sign could definitely be bigger! Once we got there, though, we were so glad we found it.
It was clearly a busy evening, with children running around and parents letting them carry on, but the lady working handled everything with a smile and never seemed stressed or rushed. She even let me sample probably way too many flavors while I made up my mind, without making me feel like I was holding up the people behind us.
What really stood out was how she actually chatted with us about life and had a genuine conversation, instead of just the usual basic small talk. She gave us her full attention and made us feel really welcome.
Before we left, I made sure to ask her name because she really stood out to us. Her name is Taylor, and I just want to give her a special shoutout. She made our visit memorable, and we truly appreciated her kindness and genuine personality. Patti’s Ice Cream is lucky to have someone like her! We’ll definitely be back.“

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “10% Remember that. . Because that's the % that makes the BEST ice cream. There is a chain down south Texas - Oklahoma that makes ice cream with 10% milkfat. . Ooohhhh best. The well known previous tenant only make their ice cream with 5%. . Might seem small but it's a huge difference.
So many flavors of toppings and ice cream.
My only suggestion would be to make something similar to the blue raspberry Mr misty freeze. Maybe they had it but I didn't see the similar on the menu. . They do have the slushie machine to do it though!“
