“I come to this Dairy Queen just about every Saturday, and I have always enjoyed coming here. The food is usually fresh, and most of the employees are very friendly and pleasant.
Arianna is always so nice when we come in. She greets us with a smile and is always willing to suggest something new for us to try. Thanks to her, I tried the new apple cheesecake, and I have to say, it is now one of my favorites! My husband and I stopped in on Friday this week because we had a wedding to attend the next day. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. She was very rude and had quite an attitude with us. She slammed our drinks down on the counter, and when I asked politely for a spoon, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Thankfully, another employee was kind enough to get one for me.
After that, once our order was finished, she went over to a gentleman and began canoodling with him right there in the restaurant. I found this to be very inappropriate and unprofessional while she was supposed to be working. I did mention what happened to Arianna, and as usual, she was very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and treated me with the same respect and kindness she always does. I have had many good experiences at this Dairy Queen, and I do not want one unpleasant interaction to overshadow that. The majority of the employees are wonderful, and the food is always fresh. I have even had an issue with cold fries before, and Arianna made sure they were replaced fresh and even gave me a free upgrade. I would still recommend this Dairy Queen to others. Hopefully, the employee I had the issue with was simply having a bad day, because I have always enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work to all the employees who make this a nice place to stop for a treat!“

“Conny's Creamy Cone is definitely worth the stop! It was very busy when we visited, so expect a bit of a wait—but that's usually a good sign. The menu has a huge selection of ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and treats, so there's something for everyone. If you're patient during the rush, you'll be rewarded with some really tasty ice cream. Highly recommend!“

“The best DQ in the state. Something about the soft serve that stands out from the rest. I think it is the setting of the temperature and moisture control. They get it perfect. Also the service is quick and very friendly. He hires local kids and treats them well and they aer trained well.“

“My wife and I have gone here twice in two weeks and plan to be regular customers. This place needs to be busier on these hot days. You're missing out if you aren't grabbing ice cream here. The menu can be intimidating, but the staff are super helpful and the ice cream is great.“
“Nice to have in the neighborhood. I believe all ice cream is Bridgeman’s, so you’re limited to the flavors that they make that are carried by Parkview - I’m not sure if they rotate much, if at all. Waffle cones were just average in taste and leaked everywhere, despite our best efforts. Some flavors looked much fresher than others, but we were fine with what we got!“

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “First time trying them and unfortunately forgot to get a receipt for the four pack to start gaining points. They certainly are delicious but the staff could Definitely be more helpful and friendly. The computers and boards were not working, and nobody seemed in a hurry to come to the front counter to assist us or the other two people standing there.“
“Oh, gosh, Sprinkles is pretty darn tasty. There are so many flavors and toppings, it can be almost overwhelming. The huge variety of flavors means you can try something new every time you visit, whether you want to completely change up from cone to malt to shake, add some brownies or sprinkles or bananes, or maybe you just want to play it safe and stick with your tried and true favorite flavor. My partner and I love to stop by Sprinkles for a tasty frozen treat any time, especially in the hot summer evenings.
The cherry on top is the unique, historic building that Sprinkles is located in - once the original MN Dairy Queen and an icon from my childhood. You just can't beat the large glass windows and neon lights!“
