Milkjam Creamery is a popular spot in Uptown for a sweet afternoon treat. The clean and welcoming atmosphere is filled with natural light. The creamery offers a variety of options, including unique flavors like Shosho, a mango-based ice cream with crushed pistachio and rose toffee. The flavors are expertly balanced, with the mango being subtle and creamy, the pistachio adding a unique nuttiness, and the rose petal toffee providing a nice crunch. Other flavors like milkjam, coconut, Thai tea, and pineapple lychee are also available. The shop is known for its explosion of bold, creamy flavors that create a full flavor firework in every scoop. Many customers enjoy trying a flight of four flavors for a quick taste experience. The ice cream is often described as delicious and magical, with some saying it’s a perfect place for a quick post-dinner dessert.
However, some customers feel the prices are high, especially for smaller sizes, with one noting that $11 for two scoops with toppings and brownie chunks seems expensive. Despite the cost, the ice cream is considered addictive and worth the splurge by many. The shop sometimes experiences lines, but the service remains fast, making it a favorite for those seeking a tasty and fun treat in Uptown.
