“This place is small but BOY is it good! Their flavors are more upscale and unique compared to your typical scoop shop. Sometimes I feel like places are trying to make these new fangled flavors just to seem cool and edgy, but not here. These flavors ACTUALLY work. Are they cool and edgy? Maybe. But they're also really really good.The burgers and cheese curds are great too. There's not much else on the menu but what they do, they do VERY well and I have no complaints.“

They also make real ice cream cakes that are excellent! The first time I ordered one my pickup time was on the last day they were open before Christmas ? and there had been heavy snow that day. “I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders! Why, why, why would they not have more help on what is probably Crumbl’s busiest days of the year!! I will say the young lady ( wish I had gotten her name) was doing a great job getting the orders out as quickly as she could and was very friendly and professional upon delivery which was commendable since I’m sure she was overwhelmed!! She definitely deserves a bonus from Crumbl for her service today! By the way, the cookies were as beautiful and delicious as ever ( also a compliment to her)!!“

“Edwards is an interesting place. Yes, they specialize in desserts. But they also serve cocktails. And small savory plates. And ice cream. Most of the desserts are quite decadent, but they also have cookies and simpler sweets.We picked up pastries to go. I had the spiced blood orange cheesecake. It was tasty, but quite soft, almost pudding-like. This was unusual. Not my favorite, but still good. My husband, however, loved his Rocher mousse, which was made with hazelnut chocolate cake, hazelnut chocolate cremeux, and hazelnut crunch. He also loved the dessert he had the next day, which was essentially a chocolate cake topped with ganache-filled chocolate coated balls. As you can see from the photos, the desserts are beautiful. They run $13 each, which is on the expensive side. Still, for a treat, they are quite worth it.“

The moa location, the lake st locations ***not owned by la michoacana rose*** customer service sucks, no one ever says hello, they stare at you until you speak up and say what you want. La michoacana rose has always been top tier in customer service and the treats are GASOLINA! ? I was helped and served by both Jason and Cayden last night and their energy was astronomically IMMACULATE. not to mention the playlist playing some bangers. “I usually go to the waffle bar in Lakeville, so this is my first time here. The first thing I noticed of course is the lack of cotton candy, so already lost one point there for me. The waffle was also lacking, I think maybe dive it's late the machine probably hasn't been cleaned much throughout the day. The staff was really nice though and the ice cream is always good.“

“More expensive than most places, but fairly decent location, staff seems a bit confused about how to direct customers, though. Didn't receive the food at the window, but got a sticker and a drink. The rest of the orders were taken out to the car after eventually being asked to park on the side of the drive through. Different than most places. Might have to try it again, as the food was very good. Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. “What a lovely find! I was just spending time in the area while my daughter attended a birthday party.We tried the koolaide orange and coffe chocolate flavors. Both were very good. This ice cream is not sugar bombed and tastes delicious.I’m always on the lookout for chili dogs especially out of season for Minnesota.I tried the chili cheese dog and although I’m sort of a health nut I enjoy the “fake” cheese on some of my food splurges. The onions were fresh and added a bite to the hotdog.If I would give the service staff 10 stars I would. It’s nice to see youth being employed and also treating customers exceptionally well.I will stop back in when I’m in the area.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids were in the establishment. Had to park down the block and a small interior that doesn't encourage a stay a while and enjoy yourself atmosphere. But the kids loves the split option to be able to get a couple of flavors without a ridiculous amount. They are already begging to go back so they can try more flavors.“

I was almost an hour early to pick up my order, they accommodated me with no fuss!
