“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “We purchased two dozen cookies online and had a gift card for a third dozen
For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.
We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

“Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.
I will be coming here regularly because DQ is the greatest and also the workers are nice. Yay!!!!!“
“My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.“

“Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, didn’t get my food and a crew member checked in on why I didn’t get my food yet. The manager promptly came out gave me my food and 2 free basket coupons. I realized they forgot the fries and pulled a u-ey and asked for them. They gave me the fries and a third free basket coupon. Left with a smile on my face and 3 free meals!“

“Took almost 5 minutes to get waited on but the food and service was amazing. They were busy and I assume this is why service was a little slow. It is always good practice to acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be right there.“
