“My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.“

“Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.
I will be coming here regularly because DQ is the greatest and also the workers are nice. Yay!!!!!“

“We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “Crumbl is honestly such a fun place to go if you love sweet treats. The cookies are huge, super soft, and the weekly rotating flavors keep things exciting. Personally, I think the cookies taste amazing, but they can be very sugary. They’re perfect as an occasional treat, but definitely not something to eat every single day—too much and you might feel sick. Overall, Crumbl is a great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth, just best enjoyed in moderation!“

“I ordered a cake ahead of time at the St. Anthony, Minnesota, Creamery. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that there was only one person in attendance with several people waiting ahead of me. This is not about waiting. This is about watching this one man handle all these customers and their specific orders with grace and professionalism, with care and concern. When it was my turn, I told him how I had enjoyed watching him work and asked, was he working alone. He mentioned that although there was a prospect of another person in the offing, yes, he was working alone. When I asked could I please refer praise to his supervisor, he asked that I write a Google review, and thus I am doing so. In an age where we are losing manners and turning even waiting on persons over to AI, we need people with humanity and concern for others in our midst. Thank you for a good experience, and the cake was wonderful.“

For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.
We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

“Super cute location, an area you can walk between easily and enjoy the nice weather even if sometimes the parking lot is super crowded. Good customer service and a top notch smoothie, it's nice that you can see them make it in front of you and they double check everything with you to make sure it's right.“

“Came here in a group of 3, we all ordered different burgers and shared a 3pc chicken strip - the chicken strips were fine but nothing spectacular - I’m not concerned about that as this is the place you come for a burger anyways. I tried the prime rib steak burger, it was flavorful, juicy, and delicious! The onion rings were yummy and the fries were awesome too. I have nothing bad to say 😁“
