I was super excited to try the new spring/summer blizzard flavors but they severely underdelivered on execution. I only had about 5 pieces of chocolate marshmallow in my s'more blizzard. My nephew's Brookie blizzard was pulverized with no pieces of brookies. And they got my daughter's order was wrong. She wanted Oreo & got Oreo Brookie. Next time we want ice cream we will go to the local Mpls ice cream shops who excel in execution.
Thanks so much to the guys working Sunday during the Viking game...I will be back! Best hot fudge malt I've had in the last 30 years since I managed my parents DQ, across from Knox Lumber..It had perfect amount of malt and I could actually drink it from the straw, not too thick..so impressed

Don't blame your customers when YOU can't do your job. They forgot the chips for our combo, then didn't give us any spoons for our Blizzards. Then got attitude when we asked for spoons. No "Thank you." No "Sorry about that." Just a huff and shoving our stuff out the window without even looking at us. Seriously don't take jobs in customer service if you're not wanting to service customers.
