“Food was good but the staff must not understand English or something. Ordered food and when it was brought out the staff did not clearly explain which order was what. When we asked they looked at us like we were stupid. We tried to tell them something was wrong and they told us they were just going to charge us extra to make up for their error. Found that very suspect. Also the turkey sausage is not turkey sausage it is actually cut up pieces of a real turkey 🤣”

“Casey over in the lobby was by far the kindest caribou worker I have EVER came across. Her customer service was exceptional. She made things easy because she WANTED to. She enjoyed customer service beyond the normal amount. And I have had caribou for years and there is nothing that can compare to Casey’s service. You can see she loves this place and makes it worth every visit. I am always positive and trying to spread it. But she left me speechless and handles the team so uplifted in happiness! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is my new caribou!”

“Wow! We served brunch at our grad party, and decided a coffee truck would be an awesome addition. After some research, we found Brian and Murphy Microroast. He was great to deal with, and the coffee (and chai, hot chocolate, strawberry lemonade, etc) was a hit. Everyone raved and we couldn’t have been happier with everything.”
