“One of my favorites has always been the coolers, but I've been hesitant to order them, because they've often been poorly made (large ice chunks that plug up the straw. Whomever made mine today deserves a medal, since it was flawless.“

“I was greeted with smiles and did not wait more than 30 seconds in the store to be helped to take my order! It was a very tropical hot Minnesota weather day, so the trip to Caribou and the cure for my hunger was refreshing and sufficient! The only suggestion I have for payment options, and I am not sure if this is a GooglePay issue or Caribou, but I had a gift card and was trying to order through the app and the gift card was not an option to even be able to choose as a payment. Not a deal breaker, just walked to the store and ordered in person. I just suggest maybe having an option to pay with gift card in app? Other than this, that is my novel of a review for Caribou! Keep up the friendly smiles!“

“Casey over in the lobby was by far the kindest caribou worker I have EVER came across. Her customer service was exceptional. She made things easy because she WANTED to. She enjoyed customer service beyond the normal amount. And I have had caribou for years and there is nothing that can compare to Casey’s service. You can see she loves this place and makes it worth every visit. I am always positive and trying to spread it. But she left me speechless and handles the team so uplifted in happiness! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is my new caribou!“

It's a drive through coffee spot that's part of my morning routine at this point. Our late dachshund would quiver in excitement when we pulled onto the street because he knew it was pup cup time.“
