“Went to this Caribou today on 7.24.24 and the man helping us ended up getting the wrong size coffee from his team and generously offered the wrong sized drink as they prepared the right size drink. Thank you! Wish yall were in Texas other then at Dallas DFW airport.“

“Good drinks. They were rather busy whrn i came in to get my drinks i ordered on the mobile app. They seemed to be in a rush and forgot a straw for one of my drinks. They also didnt ask if i wanted a drink carrier for two drinks and me being one person carrying both was kind of annoying. Other than that, the taste of the drinks overall was decent. I would recommend this location. Baristas were genuinely friendly. Could have picked up on speed a bit as it took quite a bit of time to receive my order.“

“I usually go out of my way to find a local coffee shop. The kind that sources beans from a single hillside in Guatemala and brews with water blessed by monks. But here in Champlin, options are limited. And this Starbucks, five minutes from my house, is absolutely doing the job.

The renovation? Dramatic. They didn’t just move the furniture around and call it a day. It feels ar least 30-40% bigger, with way more seating and a totally refreshed vibe. Comfy chairs. Tasteful finishes. Even the art feels like someone cared.

The staff is still upbeat and welcoming. The drinks are reliably great. And the playlist? Honestly, it slaps. It’s that perfect mix of contemporary, calming, and just energetic enough to keep you in the zone. Not a hint of lame ambient jazz.

And the Caribou across 169? Sorry, old friend. You’ve officially been outclassed. This spot feels modern, warm, and like an actual place to hang. Not a backup plan.

“I have had a few bad experiences here, but it’s really close to my house so I keep giving it chances. I’m glad I did because this most recent experience started out not great. I didn’t get the name, but the supervisor on made things right and I truly appreciated it. I understand there are going to be issues and mistakes at any restaurant and how the supervisor handles those situations is make or break for any establishment. Knowing that if there are problems with my orders, they will be fixed definitely makes me more comfortable going back.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Katie's dark mocha without whip is some of the best coffee I have ever tasted and Craig runs a very smooth ship.
