Love this caribou but the last two times I’ve gone they don’t fill my drink completely. I’m paying for a large to get more coffee not to get a large cup with the same amount as a medium, and no I did not drink anything out of it when photo was taken.
Biggest takeaway: The guy taking orders at drive up needs some lessons on customer service. He was not very nice, no thank you, just plain rude. Drinks were good but had to wait quite awhile. I just wish I could have the guy listen to a playback at how rude he was. The owner would not be too happy.

Love this location! The staff is so kind and helpful. When you are a regular they remember you and your drink choice. I always know I'll be treated great here. On the rare occasion my drink is not made correctly (we're all human - it happens), they are quick to fix it at no charge.
