“this is the best location on THE planet earth I personally make my voyage to this specific store rather than others because of the great Anna she is so incredible it's like she is MAGIC i bet you she can make 80 drinks in a minute Backwards and upside-down. its like she dances on the clouds makeing my coffee every morrow. and her customer service is top notch that she could turn sadness from inside out happy. this place is so clean and neat that I would have surgery here and would not get a single germ in me. I love this place so much

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“Went through the drive through 8/26, received the most wonderful service from Lisa. She interacted with our car full so full of life and spirit. She started our day off to the state fair with smiles. Please thank her kindly from us.

“How can you go wrong with this place? It’s always clean it’s always super fast I go there usually two times a month always help super fast. Super prompt. Never had an issue. The Roger location is great. Good job I know I said superfast twice.“

“Our food was delivered to the table, but they forgot to bring our drinks. The kids play place was wonderful. Fairly small, but well designed with places to climb and things to do. It felt a bit like an unnecessarily long walk to get from the parking lot to the door.

“After having come quite a few times by now, I can say without a doubt that the atmosphere is amazing. The staff and guests alike are almost always friendly. I know how difficult it is to treat each and every guest with a smile and excitement, but Michelle today was brilliant and put in 100%. Excellent work!The food could use more customization options (but I'm sure that is likely a corporate decision that they do not have a say in) and every once in a while the team members do not seem interested in the guests, rather treating them more like a task they have to do instead of a person to interact with.However, this is one of the best Caribou locations I have ever been to. Kudos to the staff here ?“
