“Best Starbucks I’ve been to. The girls are always friendly and happy to be there. I’m really appreciative of that because at some locations, they have attitudes.
Very clean inside, drive thru moves super fast.
I’m super happy with the quality of the food and drinks, it’s always consistent at this location. Will be coming here from now on.“

“The customer service at this location is the best in the entire midwest, possibly even the nation. There is a young man there that seemed to be the manager (GIVE HIM A RAISE) that was showing his co-workers how to make the new drinks. He was the most accomodating, kind, pleasant, patient employee I have seen in a decade or more. The establishment was spotless, and the condiments were well stocked. There was still a good selection of donuts despite it being the late afternoon, which was also a pleasant suprise.
I am so pleased to finally find a DD that has great service. I will patronize this location often, even if it is out of my way as this location is doing everything right!“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“I loved the tomato mozzarella sandwich! Why are they not at every location? I would go to Caribou everyday if they did!

Parking: Large parking lot for various businesses. I have never found parking difficult in this area.“

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“I hope managers actually read these. Restaurants and coffee shops should have figured out by now that playing loud music of any kind just creates more problems than it’s worth. Turn the music down! Let there be just a little of it in the background, not distractingly loud. (So loud my noise cancelling headphones playing white noise won’t drown it out.) Part of the problem with this place is that all the speakers are located in corners — far from the baristas. THEY think it’s not loud … meanwhile the customers are avoiding sitting in the corner areas because the music above them is too loud. Turn it down.“

“Everything was perfect. I got my coffee very fast and it was very delicious! Also, the worker Raeven, they were really cool. Fast with my order and even helped me when i spilt my drink! Next time I will tip them all of my money because they were so fantastic! Also the matcha latte with bubbles was good too.“
