“After a movie & shopping my Mom & I thought we deserved a treat. We each ordered a hot fudge sundae! The ice cream was thick, smooth, and creamy! And the hot fudge topping was perfect.

I have ordered the same thing at other locations and it's never as good. The employees are super friendly as well.“

“I've been to a bunch of Caribous around Minnesota and I think the location in Coborns in Elk River just might be the best. Being in a store where you can get groceries is a huge plus. The biggest reason is the girls that work there. They have been very helpful when I've had questions or special requests. They also show very sincere appreciation for tips, which is not always the case.“

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“Best Starbucks I’ve been to. The girls are always friendly and happy to be there. I’m really appreciative of that because at some locations, they have attitudes.
Very clean inside, drive thru moves super fast.

“The baristas are always friendly and get my personalized order made correctly. Caribou Coffee is my favorite and I love that they now have GF breakfast options. The Bacon Gouda soufflé is delicious.

“Everyone here at the Elk River location are beyond amazing!! They are not only fantastic at what they do, they are so personable and make you feel seen, important and special! This location has lately been short staffed and they have had to hustle so hard above the normal crazy hustle and it breaks my heart that people have the audacity to be rude to them, impatient and unkind. Going to Starbucks is a LUXURY that is denied to many and they are SERVING us for our pleasure of enjoying a drink or snack. Please be kind to them and extend grace.

“This place, specifically Jess, always makes my drinks superb. The atmosphere is blacked and busy for a reason, they know how to bring people back for more. My only complaint is when you go in towards close the workers stand around and talk instead of helping you which i get being young but when there people in line, maybe don’t do that.

Dietary restrictions: I have to have 0 caffeine and they always make me decaf drinks that taste like coffee but aren’t going to make me sick. Everywhere else refuses and offers me “cream based” which i do not want.“
