“This Caribou location is dangerously convenient for my morning commute stop. However, the staff at this Caribou Cabin location always make stopping there enjoyable. They are friendly, accurate, and make for a pleasant experience. I stop by many Monday mornings on the way to work and really enjoy it there. Job well done, Caribou Cabin!“

“Our 2 year old tripped over her own feet and fell. The staff responded so quickly to our request for a cup of ice and went above and beyond and gave us a bag of ice with a towel to use for the ride home. So quick and thoughtful!

My iced latte was so yummy. My son accidentally knocked over a toy causing his juice we bought to spill. After we apologized profusely they not only assured us it was ok and things happen. “Awesome drinks and even better service. I just wish we could get some espresso. I mean- it’s a coffee shop! I know it’s not the employees fault, though. They still seem pretty positive and friendly despite being down espresso so long and it seems like management abandoned them and are doing nothing to get their machines up and running again. To the girls running the store; You’re doing amazing! Keep on rocking! To corporate/management; Maybe pick up the pace on trying to get coffee back in your coffee shop?“
