“It’s time I write this review, as this is the best Caribou Coffee I’ve ever tried. This is coming from a previous Caribou hater. This location has such amazing staff, I have yet to get somebody not great. They all smile, they’re all friendly and most importantly they get your order right. I order a caramel crafted press with a shot of espresso and extra carmel every time, and every time that they hand it to me I have tears in my eyes from joy. It’s always the perfect color and it tastes so so good, no other Caribou makes their crafted press this perfect. I wish Caribou Coffee gave out awards to their locations because this location would win it!!“

“This is one of my favorite Caribou stores.
The servers are always very friendly and do a nice job making the beverages.
I was really impressed with Pedro when I went through the drive-up the other day. He went above and beyond to exchange my drink (my fault), was so friendly and even helped me out with needing the correct bills for an upcoming appointment that I was running late for. I really appreciated his kindness.“

“First time ever stopping. The staff at the cash register recommended their Strawberry Rhubarb Iced coffee. As I told them I was having a hard time choosing whether to go out of my comfort zone to try it or get my regular mocha 😅 Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC, the best coffee i’ve ever had honestly. Even told me if I wasn’t a huge fan they’d make me something else! 10/10 experience. I never write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! Will be back.“

“I've been here many times and really enjoy the coffee, treats and overall vibe. I noticed many reviews note how clean it is in the various seating areas. I didn't experience that in my most recent visit. There are cobwebs in the plants, the floor needs to be swept and the couches had crumbs all over them. I think more attention needs to be paid to general tidying in the cafe seating. People sit there and may clean up but the customers don't work there. Crumbs happen, people leave straw wrappers and coffee leaves rings on side tables. I was sitting there for over an hour and a half, in that time I didn't see a single staff member come out to wipe anything or pickup the tray that was sitting on the trash bin the whole time. I gotta be honest, it gave me the ick. Is there a new automated air freshener being used? There was also an intermittent and overpowering waft of floral scent every once in a while. Didn't go with the coffee house vibe at all. I hope my next visit is better.“

“My favorite drink is the large iced chocolate mousse with an extra shot. My daughter likes to try something new every time. Love their collection of vintage clothes and local artists as well! Love small businesses supporting each other! Head to Metta Coffee when you are DTA!“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!!“

“I stop at this Caribou Coffee every single morning, and the customer service is honestly top tier. The staff recognizes my vehicle the moment I pull into the drive thru and already knows who I am and what I’m ordering before I even say a word. That kind of consistency and friendliness makes such a difference in starting my day.

Not only is the service amazing, but the drinks are always made perfectly and the food is delicious every time. You can really tell the team cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Easily one of the best coffee shop experiences around!“

A few things that really stood out for me was:
• The amazing coffee + delicious food (multiple vegan options and options for dietary restrictions)
• The very kind staff and fast service
• The perfect cozy and welcoming atmosphere
• It's never overcrowded
• It's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee
• I have extreme social anxiety, so I can't relax easily in public spaces but I can relax completely at Caribou!
• It's never too loud there and is the perfect volume, so you can talk easily without straining to hear and it's never too overwhelming!

“When I first moved here I wasn’t familiar with the menu at all, but the staff were super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect drink option for me! I really appreciated the assistance and eased my “new place” anxiety without feeling pressured or rushed for my order. “I was chasing my drink order down. I ordered it a little further from my usual location. It wasn’t there. Looked at order and it appeared that I ordered it from another (2nd) location. Then app changed to a 3rd location. It wasn’t there. I couldn’t go back to 2nd location to look for it. Staff at 3rd location went ahead and quickly made my order for me. Thanks for the service!!“

“Our church group has a men's breakfast and coffee one day each week at this Caribou Coffee area. The service has always been outstanding and everyone I have ever encountered has been very friendly. The coffee and food has always been excellent.“

“I actually go out of my way to visit this specific store. The staff here are great. I have never gotten a wrong order. When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. “By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“Casey over in the lobby was by far the kindest caribou worker I have EVER came across. Her customer service was exceptional. She made things easy because she WANTED to. She enjoyed customer service beyond the normal amount. And I have had caribou for years and there is nothing that can compare to Casey’s service. You can see she loves this place and makes it worth every visit. I am always positive and trying to spread it. But she left me speechless and handles the team so uplifted in happiness! “Good drinks. They were rather busy whrn i came in to get my drinks i ordered on the mobile app. They seemed to be in a rush and forgot a straw for one of my drinks. They also didnt ask if i wanted a drink carrier for two drinks and me being one person carrying both was kind of annoying. Other than that, the taste of the drinks overall was decent. I would recommend this location. Baristas were genuinely friendly. Could have picked up on speed a bit as it took quite a bit of time to receive my order.“

“So excited to have a Starbucks on my way to work! Staff is always friendly and efficient. Most of my drinks have been great so far. My only complaint is they haven’t nailed the chocolate cream cold foam yet. The couple times I’ve ordered it, it’s much more bitter and the texture and color aren’t quite right. I know this is a new location so I’m sure they’ll figure it out in time, but maybe don’t order that for a bit, til they work it out. Everything else has been great!“
