“It’s time I write this review, as this is the best Caribou Coffee I’ve ever tried. This is coming from a previous Caribou hater. This location has such amazing staff, I have yet to get somebody not great. They all smile, they’re all friendly and most importantly they get your order right. I order a caramel crafted press with a shot of espresso and extra carmel every time, and every time that they hand it to me I have tears in my eyes from joy. It’s always the perfect color and it tastes so so good, no other Caribou makes their crafted press this perfect. I wish Caribou Coffee gave out awards to their locations because this location would win it!!“

“This is one of my favorite Caribou stores.
The servers are always very friendly and do a nice job making the beverages.
I was really impressed with Pedro when I went through the drive-up the other day. He went above and beyond to exchange my drink (my fault), was so friendly and even helped me out with needing the correct bills for an upcoming appointment that I was running late for. I really appreciated his kindness.“

“I had such a great experience at Compassion Coffee. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. The staff were friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. My drink was made perfectly and tasted great. It’s the kind of place you want to sit, relax, and stay for a bit. “I've been here many times and really enjoy the coffee, treats and overall vibe. I noticed many reviews note how clean it is in the various seating areas. I didn't experience that in my most recent visit. There are cobwebs in the plants, the floor needs to be swept and the couches had crumbs all over them. I think more attention needs to be paid to general tidying in the cafe seating. People sit there and may clean up but the customers don't work there. Crumbs happen, people leave straw wrappers and coffee leaves rings on side tables. I was sitting there for over an hour and a half, in that time I didn't see a single staff member come out to wipe anything or pickup the tray that was sitting on the trash bin the whole time. I gotta be honest, it gave me the ick. Is there a new automated air freshener being used? There was also an intermittent and overpowering waft of floral scent every once in a while. Didn't go with the coffee house vibe at all. I hope my next visit is better.“

“My favorite drink is the large iced chocolate mousse with an extra shot. My daughter likes to try something new every time. Love their collection of vintage clothes and local artists as well! Love small businesses supporting each other! Head to Metta Coffee when you are DTA!“

A few things that really stood out for me was:
• The amazing coffee + delicious food (multiple vegan options and options for dietary restrictions)
• The very kind staff and fast service
• The perfect cozy and welcoming atmosphere
• It's never overcrowded
• It's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee
• I have extreme social anxiety, so I can't relax easily in public spaces but I can relax completely at Caribou!
• It's never too loud there and is the perfect volume, so you can talk easily without straining to hear and it's never too overwhelming!

“First time ever stopping. The staff at the cash register recommended their Strawberry Rhubarb Iced coffee. As I told them I was having a hard time choosing whether to go out of my comfort zone to try it or get my regular mocha 😅 Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC, the best coffee i’ve ever had honestly. Even told me if I wasn’t a huge fan they’d make me something else! 10/10 experience. I never write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! Will be back.“

“I’ve been trying to find the perfect durian smoothie and I can either never find it or it’s not as fresh… but HAPPY CAFE GOT ME! I got the durian smoothie with lychee jelly- it was so fresh, perfect sweetness, and came with the cutest cup! Eye rolling back because it was so good haha. The service was amazing, and they were so nice. Definitely coming back.“

“Friendly staff, coffee could have been a bit hotter. The lumberjack sandwich usually very hot today luke warm in the middle hot around the edges. Coffee day email stated in big letters buy a drink and get a coffee or an iced coffee. The small letter basically said coffee is not a drink“

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“I have been going to visit Jess at nutrition haven for almost 3 years now!!!!! The shakes are amazing and they do work for me to slim down but mostly feeling so much better! My mind is clearer and I’m able to make it through the day without the fatigue I used to have. More than a shake shop!“

“I go to many Caribou's, and I always ask for the same thing. I always ask for less ice, and 95% of the time, they give me a full glass of ice. If I could, I would ask for no ice on my order ahead app. This location gave me very little ice, and I was very happy.“

When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. “Good drinks. They were rather busy whrn i came in to get my drinks i ordered on the mobile app. They seemed to be in a rush and forgot a straw for one of my drinks. They also didnt ask if i wanted a drink carrier for two drinks and me being one person carrying both was kind of annoying. Other than that, the taste of the drinks overall was decent. I would recommend this location. Baristas were genuinely friendly. Could have picked up on speed a bit as it took quite a bit of time to receive my order.“

“I really enjoy coming to this location at Starbucks. It is the closest to my house. Everyone there is always so kind and inviting. The atmosphere is really nice. I do wish, however that when they remodeled this location, they had left more space for tables and relaxation while drinking your drink. 99% of the time my drinks are tasting wonderful and the food I order is fresh and warm. This location is also very clean and so are the bathrooms.“

“Casey over in the lobby was by far the kindest caribou worker I have EVER came across. Her customer service was exceptional. She made things easy because she WANTED to. She enjoyed customer service beyond the normal amount. And I have had caribou for years and there is nothing that can compare to Casey’s service. You can see she loves this place and makes it worth every visit. I am always positive and trying to spread it. But she left me speechless and handles the team so uplifted in happiness! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is my new caribou!“

“This location is INSANELY BUSY but they keep it relatively under wraps and I don’t think the employees get enough credit from the customers or their supervisors. I ordered through the app on a Saturday afternoon and they were crazy busy, but they still are delivering drinks and food in a timely manner. They’re doing an excellent job, just be patient! I hope you pat yourselves on the back, guys. You are doing an excellent job despite the influx of customers.“

Three times in the drive through asking for a nitro cold brew and being handed three wrong drinks and having to give up because a 5 min coffee stop has turned into a 15 minute ordeal I didn't plan for. Then, lo and behold, this location opens. Well made drinks EVERY time. Sunshiney wonderful staff. This one saved the franchise for me, honestly.“

They're adding a big addition on that's about twice as was it was originally very close to the Mississippi River and near elk River so lots of good shopping. There's a Target about two blocks away. Home Depot is not far kind of living in the country with a taste of the city“
