But as I chat with Jami she is so loving and caring...I can't leave without their yummy bagels and then they seem to.have something new..like those cute lil adorable pies so yup couple of those too.Everything i have had there was so good and don't feel guilty for its packed with protein. “I had the Hawaiian Paradise at 30% sweetness. It had boba pearls in it. Even at 30% sweetness, it was still very sweet, but also refreshing and delicious. Wish they had patio space, but it was a clean and calm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.“
“I stopped in today because books are my jam and I was so pleasantly surprised. The shop is so lovely and clean. It has a beautiful atmosphere! I spent half an hour chatting it up with the owner who is a lovely human and we exchanged biz cards and I signed up to volunteer for story time. The best is that the book I finally decided on was the one recommended by the owner after she got to know me. It's a safe space and I highly recommend you go there today to get your book fix!“

“I have been a regular drive thru customer (2-4 times weekly) 1-2 years or more. On Wed (11/9) I was charged approx 70 cents more than I had been charged on Mon of the same week. I was told it was an increase on the sweetener. Seemed a little high, but I wanted my tea and needed to get to a class at church. I had the regular cost ready to pay, but was a little short, so I used my charge card. I didn't get a receipt, so that night I checked on line and found I was charged approx 25 to 30 cents more than I had been told.I had not stopped again until Thurs 11/17 when I went inside and ordered my tea and was told the cost was what I had been paying for a while. Thus I am pleased to find the costing is similar to previously, not $1.00 more that I had been charged on 11/9.On 11/17 those working were very courteous and pleasant as usual, but they of course were unable to explain the additional overcharge on my card. I will go back next week and will see how the pricing at the drive thru goes. I will try to not use my card.I understand price increases, but the credit card shouldn't have a higher price.I have enjoyed the service at this location and prefer to shop here. We have 3 Caribou shops in our immediate area and prefer to continue to shop at Spring Lake Park.“
“My favorite local coffee shop. The menu is simple but scrumptious. In-house made dishes that exceed expectations. Try the breakfast sandwich, fluffyest dang eggs I've ever seen. This time I tried the Turtle coffee, and it was fabulous. Staff is friendly, hard working, and efficient.Also, a place that cares about the community. “Their food isn’t the best quality but that doesn’t reflect on the workers there. I’ve always had good interactions with everyone. Sometimes the drinks taste different from others but that’s consistent across all Caribous. Overall, great place and location :)“

“Starbucks made a big wrong move opening next to Caribou. Specially, the one in Lino Lakes that one is the most premium Caribou I have ever been to. They’re always busy lines of cars to the drive-through. “This place has helped me make a lot of healthy changes in my life! Love the atmosphere! I've been going here for over a year and I basically belly up at the bar and hang out while getting my nutrition on. I sit back and watch the owner build great relationships with all her customers. She knows what they're going to order before they order. She knows the regulars favorites and makes them surprises knowing what they love. It's become a family place there. “Love caribou but this Edinburgh location service disappoints most of the time if you order mobile pick up. I understand if they're busy it might take longer than the 5 minutes stated in the app, but they don't bring the order out to the pickup station when it's ready. They just leave it sitting behind the counter until maybe they notice you standing around waiting. I don't like to do negative reviews but this is a common occurrence at this location and today after 10 minutes of waiting an employee decided to just tell me that my order was waiting for me next to the register while she brought out someone else's order to the pickup shelf. Maybe they need to move the pick up location if they can't handle walking out from the counter with it when it's ready. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house so I'll probably keep going there from time to time. Never have this happen at other locations though.“
“Caribou is such a value these days when going out for a coffee is pretty expensive. You usually spend $6-$7 for a coffee alone at other places. At Caribou, I can get a small coffee and a bagel and cream cheese (any bakery item) for just over $5. That’s amazing to me. And back-tracking just a few months, they still had the eggnog latte during the Christmas season when some other chains had dropped it.“
