“My daughter and I went here for a quick Sunday morning date. Her drink came up quickly, but either my latte didn't get made or someone else took it. So I waited much longer than normal for my drink, and I had to ask for a plate for our snack even though it was clear we were staying in store. Overall, I have always had a great experience at this place and the coffee is always delicious.“

“Came here to have breakfast this morning, the food and drinks were great however there was a little miscommunication or she didn't hear me. I think because that's what she said it to me.

We ordered drinks in a MUG, but once the drinks arrived, were in a coffee cup to go.

I went to ask her, Why or how come those drinks in a coffee cup, when we ordered in a mug.

She did apologize and said either forgot or didn't know that we wanted in a mug. She offered a mug for us to poured drinks into but it's not the same. Made it in a mug and poured drinks into a mug.

She mentioned that if we needed those drinks to be in a mug than we have to paid for a new drinks again.

Why paid for a new drinks? When we first ordered request a mug in the beginning.

“I was in town for a work thing and needed some quick and easy breakfast. Mocha Momma's was right around the corner so I just walked in and OMG am I glad I did. The breakfast sandwich I had was one of the best I've had in a long time. The biscuit was perfect, not too crumbly, not too gooey. The mocha was very well made as well, though a tad bit on the sweeter side. Overall, a 5 star location. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town again.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. “This is a place you’ll get hooked on. From the Waygu burger, Salmon Sandwich to their baked goods. I bought a brioche loaf and made the most amazing French toast from it. Very worth a visit for breakfast and lunch!“

“Caribou needs to carry the Spicy Coffee all year long. It's a seasonal flavor, and typically, Caribou is sold out before Christmas. Spicy Mocha or coffee is a favorite obliviously as it sells out fast. Might be good to have it available year round.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat floor from main hall. This place is on the second level, the main raised walkway that Minn. has. Walked a block to find a way up. Two four foot wide plus doorways here. Four tables with chairs , two easy chairs. And two bar height chairs at a higher table.“

“Usually don't buy the food since it's overpriced and doesn't look fresh. Always ask for one pump of flavoring and usually it's ignored as my drink is too sweet. I've tried to go back and get it fixed, but it's such a hassle. I just try to be very specific and ask for one pump only.“

“Really good local place for Coffee, right next to the Renaissance Hotel. Enjoyed my Cappuccino and went upstairs for a relaxing cup in a pretty nice sitting area on the 2nd floor. They have a meeting room as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.“

“US Bank location is super busy but friendly. Good, fresh, dark roast coffee and bakery goods. Tho the lids ARE put on right, sometimes they don't prevent spills over the rim as I walk back to the office. But that's an issue at the cup producer. 5 stars for the store and staff.“

“This location is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Staff members are incredibly friendly, kind and efficient. Drinks are consistent and made correctly as ordered. I struggle with coffee chains because the taste of drink can be wildly inconsistent from store to store or barista to barista. I’ve been here 10+ times and have yet to experience that issue! I’ve visited the other Ramsey location a few times out of convenience and have had negative experiences, so I highly recommend this location even if it’s a little out of the way :)“
