“I was just introduced to this place and really have enjoyed going there pretty much every day since! I recommend trying their caramel apple drink, hot or cold, with a nice amount of whipped cream on top! (You do have to request the whipped cream specifically, otherwise they don't include it). The hot chocolate is also on point and perfect for right now!“

“I've been here many times and really enjoy the coffee, treats and overall vibe. I noticed many reviews note how clean it is in the various seating areas. I didn't experience that in my most recent visit. There are cobwebs in the plants, the floor needs to be swept and the couches had crumbs all over them. I think more attention needs to be paid to general tidying in the cafe seating. People sit there and may clean up but the customers don't work there. Crumbs happen, people leave straw wrappers and coffee leaves rings on side tables. I was sitting there for over an hour and a half, in that time I didn't see a single staff member come out to wipe anything or pickup the tray that was sitting on the trash bin the whole time. I gotta be honest, it gave me the ick. Is there a new automated air freshener being used? There was also an intermittent and overpowering waft of floral scent every once in a while. Didn't go with the coffee house vibe at all. I hope my next visit is better.“

“We stopped by on Friday late morning and had the best experience! The gentleman working there saw us struggling and was incredibly helpful in narrowing down selections for us and really nailed it!! This morning was a completely different story. Two girls at the counter, barely speaking above a whisper making it difficult all around. They both looked apathetic and just seemed genuinely bothered. We ordered our drinks before a crowd came in and rather than making our drinks when we ordered them they served the three large groups first. They never called out the name of my drink only my husband's. Actually, I watched them slide my drink to another customer who ordered the same thing then conveniently forgot to make another. When I asked about it they placed all the blame on the previous customer who had now left and were not even a little bit apologetic. To go from amazing service to trash service.... Ownership should look into it.“

Probably not a great place to work from because of a lack of outlets. The drinks are incredibly sweet and I usually have to cut it in half if I get anything specialty. Prices have gotten pretty expensive, too. Overall, their regular coffees are quite good.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. Gluten free options, Vegan options,Coffee alternative options, and of course the good stuff for everyone else.

My wife got the Tia’s Tumeric Latte (golden latte) and the vegan banana bread. I got the cardamom latte w. Almond milk with a gluten-free bagel. 10/10 Mocha Momma knows how to make a good espresso.

The owner is polite, friendly, and in general just a wonderful human being. We enjoyed our visit in the morning that we came back for a second coffee in the afternoon.

“I stop at this Caribou Coffee every single morning, and the customer service is honestly top tier. The staff recognizes my vehicle the moment I pull into the drive thru and already knows who I am and what I’m ordering before I even say a word. That kind of consistency and friendliness makes such a difference in starting my day.

Not only is the service amazing, but the drinks are always made perfectly and the food is delicious every time. You can really tell the team cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Easily one of the best coffee shop experiences around!“

• The amazing coffee + delicious food (multiple vegan options and options for dietary restrictions)
• The very kind staff and fast service
• The perfect cozy and welcoming atmosphere
• It's never overcrowded
• It's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee
• I have extreme social anxiety, so I can't relax easily in public spaces but I can relax completely at Caribou!
• It's never too loud there and is the perfect volume, so you can talk easily without straining to hear and it's never too overwhelming!

“It’s time I write this review, as this is the best Caribou Coffee I’ve ever tried. This is coming from a previous Caribou hater. This location has such amazing staff, I have yet to get somebody not great. They all smile, they’re all friendly and most importantly they get your order right. I order a caramel crafted press with a shot of espresso and extra carmel every time, and every time that they hand it to me I have tears in my eyes from joy. It’s always the perfect color and it tastes so so good, no other Caribou makes their crafted press this perfect. I wish Caribou Coffee gave out awards to their locations because this location would win it!!“

“I was chasing my drink order down. I ordered it a little further from my usual location. It wasn’t there. Looked at order and it appeared that I ordered it from another (2nd) location. Then app changed to a 3rd location. It wasn’t there. I couldn’t go back to 2nd location to look for it. Staff at 3rd location went ahead and quickly made my order for me. Thanks for the service!!“

“I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

“I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“
