“Overall, this is a nice coffee shop. It’s a little on the small side, but it does have a nice fireplace and the vibe isn’t cozy. Lots of windows so it’s very bright. Probably not a great place to work from because of a lack of outlets. The drinks are incredibly sweet and I usually have to cut it in half if I get anything specialty. Prices have gotten pretty expensive, too. Overall, their regular coffees are quite good.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“Coffee has always been mine and my significant other's go to on the weekend morning's so we've covered a lot of them in the area but this is one of the best! I asked ahead of time if they could help with my proposal and they went above and beyond to make it a perfect morning this past weekend! Capped off with some champagne, the coffee flight and food is amazing! Each coffee in the flight is delicious, but even better is they give you a good size of each. If you want to do something special or just looking for a good option to grab food or coffee, this place hits the spot. Staff are also super friendly! Would highly recommend checking out!“

• The very kind staff and fast service
• The perfect cozy and welcoming atmosphere
• It's never overcrowded
• It's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee
• I have extreme social anxiety, so I can't relax easily in public spaces but I can relax completely at Caribou!
• It's never too loud there and is the perfect volume, so you can talk easily without straining to hear and it's never too overwhelming!

Gluten free options, Vegan options,Coffee alternative options, and of course the good stuff for everyone else.

My wife got the Tia’s Tumeric Latte (golden latte) and the vegan banana bread. I got the cardamom latte w. Almond milk with a gluten-free bagel. 10/10 Mocha Momma knows how to make a good espresso.

The owner is polite, friendly, and in general just a wonderful human being. We enjoyed our visit in the morning that we came back for a second coffee in the afternoon.

“Sip Coffeebar is a delightful place - with bright and whimsical decor. Barista, Iza, was wonderful - charming, patient and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious and the iced lattes seemed especially delicious! They also offer soup, homemade cookies and much more. Indoor and outdoor seating options are great for warm, sunny days.

On my most recent visit, I was really impressed by the staff, especially Jennel and Abby. Abby took my order with a friendly attitude and great customer service, and when my drink was ready, Jennel had already set out my coffee, half and half, and even a cup of filtered water with no ice — exactly how I like it. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the kind of attention and care this team brings to their work. Janelle and Abby are a testament to the quality of staff at this Caribou location. “SO, I had to go to the dmv today and figured I would stop to see what they had.. I ended up spending a lil under $10 and that was for my peanut butter crackers and a strawberry smoothie that she greatly added bananas and whipped cream to and I added a tip. she was saying about the cups not being as pretty as the other cups I myself was just surprised at the size cup I received and the facts it tastes so delicious. “I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

Service is fast, coffee flavor is consistant, great temp coming out with a cute design in the foam. My husband has had the espresso pulls, he seems to like them a lot.
Counter seating or table seating either is great to do some work, read a book or sit, visit and enjoy the great coffee.

Big cuppa joe from Moose Coffee and Pour House Extravagander and I headed down to the river to pray. “It’s time I write this review, as this is the best Caribou Coffee I’ve ever tried. This is coming from a previous Caribou hater. This location has such amazing staff, I have yet to get somebody not great. They all smile, they’re all friendly and most importantly they get your order right. I order a caramel crafted press with a shot of espresso and extra carmel every time, and every time that they hand it to me I have tears in my eyes from joy. It’s always the perfect color and it tastes so so good, no other Caribou makes their crafted press this perfect. I wish Caribou Coffee gave out awards to their locations because this location would win it!!“

“I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“

“One of my favorites has always been the coolers, but I've been hesitant to order them, because they've often been poorly made (large ice chunks that plug up the straw. Whomever made mine today deserves a medal, since it was flawless.“

My order came out in chunks, which was a little odd since it usually comes out all at once, but they were very good at making eye contact and letting me know that my coffee was ready. I did have one con: I asked for extra hot sauce but wasn't given any. I went to the counter, and she happily gave me two more packets with zero complaints or attitude, making sure I didn't feel like a burden. So, overall, it was a good experience.“
