“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. “Coffee has always been mine and my significant other's go to on the weekend morning's so we've covered a lot of them in the area but this is one of the best! I asked ahead of time if they could help with my proposal and they went above and beyond to make it a perfect morning this past weekend! Capped off with some champagne, the coffee flight and food is amazing! Each coffee in the flight is delicious, but even better is they give you a good size of each. If you want to do something special or just looking for a good option to grab food or coffee, this place hits the spot. Staff are also super friendly! Would highly recommend checking out!“

My wife got the Tia’s Tumeric Latte (golden latte) and the vegan banana bread. I got the cardamom latte w. Almond milk with a gluten-free bagel. 10/10 Mocha Momma knows how to make a good espresso.

The owner is polite, friendly, and in general just a wonderful human being. We enjoyed our visit in the morning that we came back for a second coffee in the afternoon.

Katie's dark mocha without whip is some of the best coffee I have ever tasted and Craig runs a very smooth ship. “Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. “Sip Coffeebar is a delightful place - with bright and whimsical decor. Barista, Iza, was wonderful - charming, patient and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious and the iced lattes seemed especially delicious! They also offer soup, homemade cookies and much more. Indoor and outdoor seating options are great for warm, sunny days.

On my most recent visit, I was really impressed by the staff, especially Jennel and Abby. Abby took my order with a friendly attitude and great customer service, and when my drink was ready, Jennel had already set out my coffee, half and half, and even a cup of filtered water with no ice — exactly how I like it. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the kind of attention and care this team brings to their work. Janelle and Abby are a testament to the quality of staff at this Caribou location. “I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

The espresso (Orion) had a sweet punch at the beginning... amazing! Like nothing I've ever had. So different and delicious. Single origin offerings are diverse and pastries are super fresh. “I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“

“Really good local place for Coffee, right next to the Renaissance Hotel. Enjoyed my Cappuccino and went upstairs for a relaxing cup in a pretty nice sitting area on the 2nd floor. They have a meeting room as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.“
