Kailyn W and Michelle “boss lady” were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Great conversation and customer service skills even during their peak hours. Love this location always welcoming and friendly. Every drink and food purchase has been on point, can’t wait to bring my friends when they visit!!
The drive through barista was amazing. She repeated my order to make sure it was right, checked my rewards balance for me and clarified minor details about my kids’ order. All done cheerfully and sincerely. She was a 10 out of 10.
