“I stopped in today because books are my jam and I was so pleasantly surprised. The shop is so lovely and clean. It has a beautiful atmosphere! I spent half an hour chatting it up with the owner who is a lovely human and we exchanged biz cards and I signed up to volunteer for story time. The best is that the book I finally decided on was the one recommended by the owner after she got to know me. It's a safe space and I highly recommend you go there today to get your book fix!“

“I went through the drive-thru and ordered a regular coffee. Although I had to wait for awhile, they kindly informed me of a problem with their brewer and offered to give me another drink for the price of the regular coffee I ordered. They were kind, apologetic and the drink I did receive was delicious.“

“I have 4 locations that are all 1.5-2 miles from my house, and I always go here on Round Lake Blvd. The best service, my order is always right and tastes the best. I go there on Sundays with my boys and the person at the window always remembers that I don't need straws for their drinks. It's a small thing, but such great customer service.“
