“My wife pre ordered a hot coffee ☕️ for me to pick up while I was in route back to the house ?. I waited counter area...others ordered, came and went. One staff member noticed me waiting about ten minutes, while the rest of the staff was very busy. Turns out the app was not working and her order was not completed. His concern for customers was above and beyond by approaching someone who had not placed a front counter order and that something was wrong.
Carmel high rise was ordered, made extra hot for the drive ?....thank you ?...the gentleman working the Saturday morning ? shift at the Ulysses Blaine store gets six stars ?“

“Staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. I asked a lot of questions since I'm new to the area and had not tried Caribou Coffee before. The drink was made exactly to my specifications and was very good.
Apple cinnamon pastries are delicious. I took an extra one home with me. Eggs benedict sandwich was okay but less flavorful than expected. The store was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.“

“Just your typical Caribou Coffee Shop there is outside seating which makes it nice in the summer.
I would like to see a plant based sweetner available (stevia, monk fruit) rather than the artificial sweeteners available.
As always, I'm grateful for the trivia questions. I like learning the odd / weird things in the world“

“The staff at the Blaine location are incredibly nice! They are happy, positive, kind, friendly, social and will always greet you and leave you with a genuine smile. I have visited here a few times only over summer when I take my kids to camp. I'm excited though to have found this location.“

“This is the best starbucks I have been too. Very rarely do they mess up my order and if they do, they apologize and remake the drinks. I personally find that the drinks here taste the best. It is a bit cold in the location but nothing a sweatshirt can't fix.“
