“Stopped in to Cosmic Coffee the other morning on a whim, and believe I just may have found my new favorite coffee shop in NE. Cosmic Coffee feels like an old school coffee shop, the ones that were about people connecting with people. Actual real live PEOPLE!!! Not only was the coffee delicious- expertly prepared by Dusty-but it was so refreshing to be around people laughing, conversing and connecting not just working away on laptops. If you want a great cup of coffee in a cozy, warm space of brick, wood and eclectic decor that does not feel like a sterile white hipster tech haven, please please give Cosmic a visit! And I recommend a lavender mocha!!“

“This has become my favorite coffee shop. Run by a wonderful family. Excellent coffee and other beverages. The spicy Mexican hot chocolate is terrific. I also enjoy the latte and the cappuccino. Baked goods are divine - I especially love the oat bread and the banana bread. Although I have not sampled yet there are also breakfast and lunch items that I can see are popular. Compact seating area that is comfortable and the noise level moderate.“

“I have been exploring Roseville and St Paul as I'll be relocating there soon. Man was I happy to run into this place. For me this is how a coffee shop should be. Dark wood, cozy eclectic vibe, supporting the local community, a good variety of coffee/espresso based drinks, toss in some fresh baked goods and snacks if you need them and you have a great place for good conversations, reading a book, or just sitting in the corner alone like me and enjoying the moment.Parking: Extra large parking lot. “A new favorite of mine. The bun vermicelli noodle salads are so good. I've tried the chicken teriyaki and grilled pork and they're both delicious. Love all the drinks...I had the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and they have non-dairy options too, like oat milk. Of course the croissants and baked goods are amazing! Will be going back regularly. “I did not think this “shack” would be my go-to coffee shop. But, holy cow - it’s the BEST! I can walk to two Caribous and a Starbucks, but I prefer to get on the highway just for a coffee from Mudslingers. Something about the espresso there just doesn’t even compare to other places, even some of the more hipster and bougie coffee shops. I’m utterly impressed. Keep doing what you’re doing.“

“I had the Hawaiian Paradise at 30% sweetness. It had boba pearls in it. Even at 30% sweetness, it was still very sweet, but also refreshing and delicious. Wish they had patio space, but it was a clean and calm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.“

“The atmosphere as soon as you walk in are calm, inviting, small, and lovely. Slow and I love that. It makes you feel good to walk in there to enjoy or grab your coffee, theres multiple tables and a great seating area. They sell the coffee beans, books, and have a menu that you can choose your flavors to add to your coffee. The coffee itself is smooth and not strong or delicate , it’s juss right. I love it here. It’s a small shop, and I wish their hours were more expanded but otherwise it’s sucha lovely unique coffee place. “Been coming to Bru House for 20 years. In high school we’d get Italian sodas. The bakery & lunch items are amazing. Best chicken wild rice soup. Best Rice Krispie bars. I wish they were open later, especially on weekends, but they’re a small business so I can appreciate the decision. Feel lucky to have them in the neighborhood.“

Small space but there are some good tables and comfy chairs to sit at and it's not too bad to have a decently private conversation - usually there's enough bustle and noise to cover that up but not be overbearing. “I have been a regular drive thru customer (2-4 times weekly) 1-2 years or more. On Wed (11/9) I was charged approx 70 cents more than I had been charged on Mon of the same week. I was told it was an increase on the sweetener. Seemed a little high, but I wanted my tea and needed to get to a class at church. I had the regular cost ready to pay, but was a little short, so I used my charge card. I didn't get a receipt, so that night I checked on line and found I was charged approx 25 to 30 cents more than I had been told.I had not stopped again until Thurs 11/17 when I went inside and ordered my tea and was told the cost was what I had been paying for a while. Thus I am pleased to find the costing is similar to previously, not $1.00 more that I had been charged on 11/9.On 11/17 those working were very courteous and pleasant as usual, but they of course were unable to explain the additional overcharge on my card. I will go back next week and will see how the pricing at the drive thru goes. I will try to not use my card.I understand price increases, but the credit card shouldn't have a higher price.I have enjoyed the service at this location and prefer to shop here. We have 3 Caribou shops in our immediate area and prefer to continue to shop at Spring Lake Park.“

“This place is the most beautiful Caribou I have ever seen with an amazing view of Lake Superior!? I remember back in December I had fallen while opening the door and one of the workers (very athletic and sweet!) jumped the counter and swept me off of the floor. The other workers came to my aid. After this amazing act they gave me a free drink! The other costumers cheered and yip-yip-hoorayed in excitement and I tipped a whopping 20 bucks! I have many nice experiences here like the time someone had an accident and a worker cleaned it up with no complaints. Highly recommended!?“

Inside are a small number of arm chairs, some stools, and a number of tables.Drive thru is also great.One can get a large sharable coffee container to take to an event or park playdate.Parking: Good amount of parking in lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. There are some board games. The focus is not on children. No changing tables in bathrooms.“

“Starbucks made a big wrong move opening next to Caribou. Specially, the one in Lino Lakes that one is the most premium Caribou I have ever been to. They’re always busy lines of cars to the drive-through. Also, Caribou knows how to hire quality beautiful women compared to Starbucks The people at Caribou move like they took a 10 shot espresso but with a smile wow I love going to Caribou plus it always looks slow every time I pass Starbucks to go to Caribou“

“Caribou is such a value these days when going out for a coffee is pretty expensive. You usually spend $6-$7 for a coffee alone at other places. At Caribou, I can get a small coffee and a bagel and cream cheese (any bakery item) for just over $5. That’s amazing to me. And back-tracking just a few months, they still had the eggnog latte during the Christmas season when some other chains had dropped it.“
