“My sister & decided to get a late night snack after a long day of work. We were both tired & a little slow. With all of our own confusion, Daniel still handled us with so much patience & kindness! Best customer service I’ve ever had through any drive thru! Give that boy a raise!!!“

“The staff is amazing and kind. I really appreciated as a first time customer them asking what I like and then offering suggestions. Definitely not disappointed in my choice of the sugar maple and chocolate chip banana bread! Will be trying out more flavors of drinks!“

“Great coffee place! What makes this place special is the owners providing a separate building for AA meetings that run from dusk to dawn. Now that is Good Karma!“

“Great atmosphere, great coffee and the best caprese sandwich around.“

“Always great friendly staff!!“

“Great Ethiopian coffee! It's my "go to" place every weekday morning!“

“Delightful coffee experience. Something for everybody from sweet matchas and lattees or a hot pot of coffee to share with a friend. They have the best moist cakes and sweet treats. Charming atmosphere with patio seating and lots of natural light indoors.“

“This Dunn Bros is so great. We regularly go here since moving to the area and love it! They have a great kids section, live music and a great amount of seating. They also have awesome staff. We were at this location today and accidentally spilled our drink and they were so kind about the accident and made us a new drink. Highly recommend this Dunn Bros!“

“Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had“

“The food and coffee is so yummy and the workers are always kind! We love this place!“

“Perfect addition to the emerging coffee scene in Columbia Heights. Exceptional coffee and excellent vibes!“

“I stop by this restaurant for the first time a few days ago. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff member who took my order was friendly. She answered all my questions and made some suggestion. We ordered the Banh Mi Special and the Lemongrass Chicken, both were delicious, but our favorite was the lemongrass chicken. The bread was crispy, which made the meal well worth it. I recommend visiting this place! You won't regret it“

“Excellent service and staff! Highly recommend. Friendly service and excellent food. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This coffee shop is truly one of a kind! 🩷☕️ The humans who work here make the experience so welcoming from the moment you walk in. Kudos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I don’t say this lightly — I’ve been ordering coffee for decades, and this is hands down the best iced coffee I’ve ever had! If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out 🙌🐒-T-🩷“

“Great coffee, people, and music!“

“Qamaria the best coffee,
I went there today with my friends and everything was great. They welcomed us and the service was really good. I ordered baklava and it was so delicious. The place was clean and nice. It honestly felt like my first time there even though I’ve been to Qamaria many times. I definitely recommend this location ❤“

“Had the Berry iced tea and added vanilla, it was soooo delicious and refreshing. The veggie burrito may be my new favorite. I’ve been thinking about it ever since! The baristas are super friendly and the vibes are cozy and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Fun to get a little tutorial on some latte art while I was waiting for my drink 👍

Bummer about the danish. Good but seemed like it was a day old or so. Smores doughnut was rich though which I liked. Both were pleasant treats and the atmosphere was really unique!“

“It honestly doesn’t matter what day, time, or evening I happen to stop into scooters the staff there is always super friendly, super helpful, very nice, just downright good people. If you haven’t been to this scooters, you’re definitely missing out.“

“Absolutely loved Qamaria Coffee! ☕❤ Such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, and the coffee was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was wonderful. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone who loves great coffee and unique flavors. We’ll definitely be coming back! ✨ Best coffee ever“

“Great as always!“

“What makes this the best caribou is not the quality of the drinks or the convenience but the amazing individuals who work here. Every time I go to this caribou I know I will have a great start to my day due to the incredible customer service. Special thanks to Allie & Jim!“

“Having an employee smile when they tell you that you could pay them less money because you have expiring offers you didn't know about is something I just don't expect. But that's exactly what happened. I walked out with a med brewed coffee and a chocolate croissant for less than $3 vs the $6-7 I thought I was going to spend. Quickly delivered and delicious as always, of course! Definitely a repeat customer!“

“I don't frequent this caribou since it's pretty out of the way for me, but in the 5ish times I've stopped here over the past couple years, I've always received a high-quality drink, the staff have always been friendly, and the environment has always been well maintained when I'm there! I wish my local caribou was half as consistent!“

“I've been an enthusiastic fan of this incredible business from day one, and I can’t shout their praises loudly enough! The customer service is absolutely top-notch—everyone is super friendly and greets you with the brightest smiles. And let’s talk about the products—wow, they are truly in a league of their own! 🤩🤩 Let’s dive into the mango tres leches cake—it's like a slice of heaven! Sooo DELICIOUS! And the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup? Each bite bursts with freshness and an unbeatable balance of flavors! You can absolutely feel the passion they pour into every creation. I’m on a mission to try all their mojitos, and let me tell you, the strawberry lemon one has stolen my heart! 🍓❤️ Every time I swing by, the line is practically out the door (and I’m not kidding!), but trust me when I say it is worth every single second of the wait! Don’t wait—rush over there and treat yourself to some amazingness! You absolutely won’t regret it! 🍰✨“

“Yummy blue berry scones and of course coffee!“

“The ladies at this location in particular are absolute gems. There's nothing like a kind, smiling face early in the morning when you have to go to work. I appreciate you more than you know and I often say a prayer for you as I leave, because you make my morning bright every time I stop by!“

“I came in for my regular cup of coffee no really I came to see the new employee Lizzy she comes from another store that I frequent but my credit card didn't work they were kind enough to let me come back today the following day and pay for it you guys are the greatest now that Lizzy is on your staff you'll see a lot of the regulars coming and follow her she's that kind of person for you good for her!“

“We’ve been drinking Split Rock Coffee’s Breakfast blend for several years now and we won’t buy anything else. Amazing flavor and no greasy residue leftover to clog up the coffee maker either. Just wonderful, clean coffee that’s roasted to perfection when you order and arrives quickly. The flavor profiles are spot on too. Just get it…if you enjoy a great cup of coffee you won’t be disappointed!“

“Awesome coffee shop! Great atmosphere, amazing coffee. Perfect for social and work space.“

“This company has been a vendor in my Kelleric Connections events, ave they are so yummy! One treat even has Biscoff in it- like wow YUM! Hands down TASTY! Go try them!“

“I just stopped by (again!) and had a delicious Santa Cruz dark cocoa latte, perfectly made and just what I needed to make it til dinner!“

“I don't normally leave reviews, so know it's important when I do. The barista that took our order was one of the friendliest people we have encountered at Caribou! I wish I could recall her name as I like to give people credit where credit is due. We were the only people in line at the time, her and my wife had similar hair do's and they chatted briefly about that and a couple other things. Of course the coffee is always great, my wife has tried several drinks and the Caribou Mint Condition is the only one she wants. Thank you for a wonderful experience!“

“What a cute little place! I ordered the kalbi bibimbap. The beef was plenty and so well seasoned and tender. The rice was cooked perfectly. All the sides that came in it like the carrot and picked cucumbers were so perfect and delicious. It has all the korean flavors I was craving. The service was also fantastic. The owners were so kind and friendly. I will be coming back :-)“

“My family comes to this location a lot. I'll be honest sometimes it's hit or miss on drink consistentcy and customer service. BUT I wanted to leave a review specifically calling out an employee for their amazing customer service. Dee you always brighten up our visits with your positive demeanor and we enjoy seeing your smiling face on our many drive through trips 🙂“

“My preferred Caribou location, no drive through makes this great for mobile orders and in store orders.

I’ve seen other locations prioritize drive through above other orders. Which causes long waits.

This store is great!“

“Fantastic coffee and great service“

“Always a little bit busy. But it's because the Coffee is the best Around. I ordered online and mistakenly got another task to quickly finish. Ended up taking A lot longer than expected. Oops. My fault. But order was ready right away.
Iced drink was mostly melted my fault but it was still awesome. The gals are always a pleasure to deal with.“

“Outstanding customer service, with great attitudes and patience. They remember everyones orders every time and will always be happy to make them. They're flavors are spectacular with a variety of options to choose from. Along with They're unique shop, this has surely become a main place to go in my morning routine!! Appreciate it ladies!!“

“Very cool place. Great food and staff. Beautiful artwork.“

“I just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent months. I was having a hard time getting my caribou card to allow me to pay for my order in the app. The gal at the register was super helpful, reminded me of a buy one get one half off deal and was working hard to get orders out. I over heard her supporting her team and keeping them positive. I didn't catch her name but she had long blond braids in and I think her name started with an A. She left me a free drink ticket in my order because I was having a hard time with the app. It was super refreshing to see such great customer service and a hard working young gal at her job! Would definitely return!“

“This is hands down the best caribou I’ve been to thanks to Glen. He really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home!! I usually only notice when customer service is bad but never have I had a barista be so attentive and welcoming“

“Other than Google telling me during the heavy rain that once I'm in the rain to go to Portillos to find coffee before getting to Raising Canes every other part of the experience at Caribou was wonderful and the girl running the register even helped me not throw my phone because of Google deciding I needed to be soaking wet by getting the right location to order my special to and just everyone was wonderful and so was the coffee.“

“I ordered a caramel latte, and they gave me a caramel Highrise. Which I understand is similar, but it's not the same as what I ordered. Not enough to have them remake it but frustrating as I dont want the whip or extra caramel. I also ordered a large hot cocoa but asked for kids temp and they gave it to us so hot!!“

“Best lattes ever!!!! Love the honey vanilla latte with cold foam ❤️❤️❤️“
