“Came from another Caribou that gave me a wrong drink and was very short with me and asked them if they would remake it and the very kind lady at the front immediately made it for me. Was an incredibly kind thing to do and I really appreciated my experience!“

“Friendly staff, coffee could have been a bit hotter. The lumberjack sandwich usually very hot today luke warm in the middle hot around the edges. Coffee day email stated in big letters buy a drink and get a coffee or an iced coffee. The small letter basically said coffee is not a drink“

“Found this gem in the business trip to MN. It is an amazing milk tea spot! Their drinks are just the right amount of sweet, and the boba? Soft and delicious. Plus, the decor is so elegant, especially with the holiday themes. We tried four of their top 10 drinks, and they were all spot-on. One of them is the special signature Vietnamese egg coffee. It's out of this world! I'm definitely coming back and highly recommending it.“

“We stopped in to use a BOGO deal related to the Vikings game from the day before. We looked at the menu online before entering. One of us found a drink which looked good and contained no coffee in it (which we preferred). The gal who was taking our order said that they can't make that option. It was shown on the menu app but she wouldn't make it for us. The other coffee choice we made was delicious.“

“It was super busy and only two ladies working. They were busting butt to service everyone quickly and even though they were slammed they both were very polite upbeat snd smiling.“

“This is a Starbucks experience I absolutely loved. The cleanest location I have seen in years - and they are constantly tidying up and cleaning while you sit here. It is cozy with beautiful decor. Very cozy couches and chairs, welcoming atmosphere and such great service. I sat down on one of the leather chairs and was on my phone and they came and brought me all my orders and drink. They absolutely rock! Whoever manages this location should be promoted.“

Keira is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She’s friendly, helpful, and honestly makes the whole experience so much better every time.“

“BEST STAFF EVER ❤️ I wish I got the girls names, but I asked for request being sure it couldn’t be done (called around all day and no one would do this) I went through the drive thru and asked if they could put a baby announcement in the box (surprising my husband with baby #2!)… These girls made me cry (for good reasons!!) they are amazing! They truly made this special day the best day ever and I will never forget what they did for me!“

“Best boba in the Cities! 🧋 Their boba is always fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy—sometimes it’s even still warm! The smoothies are so flavorful and always taste amazing. We’ve tried other boba places, but Kung Fu Tea is definitely our favorite. Always worth the stop! ❤“
