“The servers are nice & the coffee is good, but there was a spider between the chair & the fireplace. If that spider wasn't there, this place would get a five star rating for sure!

“I got a fruit smoothie ... it was excellent! Max the server/barista was super helpful. I love the vibe -- kind of open atrium, as opposed to the dark vibe of a lot of coffee shops. It's nice to have something diff't than the other big chain shops.

“After having come quite a few times by now, I can say without a doubt that the atmosphere is amazing. The staff and guests alike are almost always friendly. I know how difficult it is to treat each and every guest with a smile and excitement, but Michelle today was brilliant and put in 100%. Excellent work!The food could use more customization options (but I'm sure that is likely a corporate decision that they do not have a say in) and every once in a while the team members do not seem interested in the guests, rather treating them more like a task they have to do instead of a person to interact with.However, this is one of the best Caribou locations I have ever been to. Kudos to the staff here ?“

“Found this gem in the business trip to MN. It is an amazing milk tea spot! Their drinks are just the right amount of sweet, and the boba? Soft and delicious. Plus, the decor is so elegant, especially with the holiday themes. We tried four of their top 10 drinks, and they were all spot-on. One of them is the special signature Vietnamese egg coffee. It's out of this world! I'm definitely coming back and highly recommending it.“

“I drive 10 min past my work to go to this Starbies; staff are nice, drinks are right, drive-thru is speedy fast, and cafe is clean and cozy. The only problem I've had at this location (which is no fault of their own) is the construction next door, have had to leave a few times due to the pounding and drilling noises when the construction workers are working nearby. This was a few weeks ago so maybe they've stopped briefly but that was the only time I left disappointed. Hopefully when that's done, I can come back and enjoy doing work in the cafe!“
