“I frequent this Caribou coffee location weekly. The service has always been friendly, and the drinks have always come out perfectly. The food is also exceptional and always hot enough even when I take it back home! The staff (in my experience) has always done a great job prepping drinks faster, I usually only wait about 3-4 minutes, sometimes less!“

“I spoke with a manager on the phone this morning, I think his name was Dave. I always order through the app and I pickup. I go to this location because the staff is always super friendly and fast. Today my husband picked up my coffee order alongside a muffin and cookie for my 4 year old. When he got home, my child spilled the coffee before I could even take a sip, spilling all over the floor and onto my 5 month old. Thankfully is was and iced coffee. My child is on the spectrum and we were actually about to leave for his therapy appointment. I called the store and asked for a new coffee which I didn't expect them to but I figured id ask. The manager on the phone was so quick to say they would replace it for free and he understands these things happen. As a busy working mom, whos quality of their morning depends on the quantity of caffeine she can intake, (lol) thank you. I just wanted to give him and his team credit for taking care of their community. This small act of kindness from this Caribou team, has made our days a little brighter. “We had a thoroughly joyful family morning at Starbucks! We felt so lucky finding open comfy seating right away because it was buzzing. The rich handcrafted caramel iced coffees were extraordinarily flavorful, while the warm breakfast sandwiches and sweet cake pops hit the spot for the kids. Delicious fresh pastries pleased everyone. Friendly, fast baristas made our family visit completely pleasant and relaxing!“

Well, please pat yourself on the back and give your team the recognition they deserve! The food here is always warm and delicious, and my drinks are ~consistently~ perfect, which is a big deal for me. Although I typically visit through the drive-thru and haven’t dined in yet, the customer service has always been excellent. The staff are polite, well-trained, and genuinely considerate. A simple “good morning” or “thank you” with a smile from them always brightens my day. The drive-thru is sooo quick, the food is amazing, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Dunkin’ Donuts definitely beats Starbucks in my book!“
