“I love Hy-Vee! It is my go-to for groceries and quick shopping trips. However, my visit today, July 3rd, was less than satisfactory. Nakita working at self checkout was very rude and dismissive to me. She offered no help and instead watch me struggle with operating the self checkout. Upon leaving, I gave a polite smile and she rolled her eyes at me. I surely will not be going through her lane/self-checkout again.“

“Busy as hell. Ordered thru the app to pick up in drive thru but when got there, thru drive thru line was around the building so decided to park and go in. That line was also long. Luckily, I saw a station for "Mobile Orders" so walked up and asked for mine. She went over to drive thru window and grabbed mine and gave it to me. Thank God I didn't need to stand in that line. I recommend ordering on the app and pick up in store to avoid lines.Parking: Plenty of spots, but because the drive thru line was so long, makes it tough getting in and out of some of the spots.“
“I either have a great experience here, or I have a terrible experience here and it’s solely based off which employees are working that day/night. I know you can’t win them all, but upper management has their hands full I can tell. Regardless, the food always comes out as expected and I am happy with this location overall. The drive through is sometimes hard to get into with the sharp curve from the road in front of it.“

“Heather's in Minneapolis is a favorite. It's that neighborhood joint everyone wants with great burgers, sandwiches, and salads, a great kids menu and twisty soft serve or cookies to keep the wee beings happy. But also that cozy date night spot with amazing daily specials and lovely grown up desserts on the patio.In practice, we usually order delivery (via Toast) and there's always a little tension between a dinner order (because THOSE SPECIALS!) or weekend brunch. We were able to do both today because they offered their daily special as part of their holiday brunch menu: lemon blueberry pancakes AND the ham special with asparagus and cheesy potatoes were both just amazing. ?Ordered pastries for week day breakfasts while I was at it but the delivery person missed the second bag or something. They made it right immediately - barely hung up the phone before the doorbell rang and a smiling, kind Heather's staffer was on my porch with a bag full of goodies. They just do EVERYTHING right.“
“I adopted my cat from Cafe Meow a few weeks ago and absolutely love coming in to hangout with the kitties. The staff treats them very well and is always very kind. I’m very thankful to have met Rocky and to have him apart of my little family now. My other cat Soot has been loving the company of another since my other cat passed a few months ago. Soot seems so much happier and I’m very happy to have gone through the adoption process through the cafe/the adoption agencies they work with. What they do for the cats is amazing. ☺️“
