I frequent this Caribou coffee location weekly. The service has always been friendly, and the drinks have always come out perfectly. The food is also exceptional and always hot enough even when I take it back home! The staff (in my experience) has always done a great job prepping drinks faster, I usually only wait about 3-4 minutes, sometimes less!
I had a Malted Mocha, piping hot and tasty as heck delivered at warp speed. Thanks New Hope Caribou.
I love this location. The servers are always welcoming. There are days when I am at my lowest and they make my day. Thanks to all of the employees who have waited on me.

While the environment is generally pleasant, some find it loud and distracting at times, especially when staff conversations and laughter make it difficult to focus on work or studying. Despite this, the friendly service and comfortable setting make it a dependable spot for a coffee break or a change of scenery.
