I used to rate this Caribou 4 stars. Now it is 2 stars due to one experience I had here. I was the only customer waiting to order. This angry lady came to the register and looked mad that i was there, she didn't say anything so I ordered. Then she rung me up and stormed off to the back room where I saw her sit down and go on her phone. It was a very negative experience.

The wait time at this location is ridiculous. It amazes me how they focus on the un-present customers vs the present ones standing in line. I ordered two drinks... I get one right away 5 min later get the second one this is my fourth incorrect order. I don't get it... I ask them to re make it sure 2nd attempt fail then third attempt I'm sorry ma'am we are out of cocoa , then it's we are no longer making that drink. We can refund the money you will see it when the system processes it. Now the part that frustrated me was the waiting and if you weren't making the drink wouldn't the cashier say that. On top of the hot coffee pouring out behind the lady on the floor flooding the whole back register section. Wake up folks.Parking: Only 4 spots available

Loved this place since I found it there,Privacy spots for work and just to take rest from busy noisy times.Wanted to take a picture of my sandwich ? but was so hungry ? ??Vegetarian options: Gluten free sandwich was delicious but at this time I guess their % of artichoke and spinach dip portion got smaller and smaller each year.As prices go up, they don't really rise prices but cut % of ingredients which i don't like anyone, even though they are kinda still delicious
